Did some shopping for an outside package A/C & heating unit. Ellis had the best deal around and it was installed in a quick and professional manner. I highly recommend Ellis for any of your needs

They installed a new A/C system and new thermostat. They did a great job and not had but maintenance preformed on the system.
Their team works great. Made an appt to get an est, set a date for replacement and that's it. They did a great job replacing my hvac system.
We have used the Cedar Hill location for Ellis AC and Heating for over 15 years and have been very pleased not only with the quality of the service provided, but also with the professionalism and courtesy of all their staff. Most recently one of our AC units stopped working in 100+ degree weather on a weekend. I left a message on Sunday and Julie called me back at 8AM Monday and they were able to have a tech (Denny) come out before noon. He diagnosed the problem (fan motor) and replaced it and we were back up and running very quickly. Denny has helped us several times in the past, but all of the Ellis techs we have been to our home are pros who know what they are doing and resolve problems. Highly recommended.-rwb

We had Ellis come out and do a full HVAC replacement. They were very professional and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. I received a few different quotes around town and I was happiest with Ellis' quote. We did have a hiccup where one of the technicians fell through our hallway ceiling during installation. Ellis went above and beyond to make it right. They sent out a contractor to install new sheetrock/ paint and texture, and then their guys came back to add more insulation. I'm very impressed with their company and would 10,000% recommend them to anyone who asks.
This is a very professional company with polite, knowledgeable employees. Vincent and the rest of the guys were extremely helpful and careful while in my home. They did a complete HVAC replacement in near-freezing temperatures. I highly recommend Ellis.
Summary: have been their customer for 16 years; great, trustworthy company, I highly recommend them I have used Ellis AC & Heating exclusively for my HVAC needs since buying my house in 2003. The technicians have always been very knowledgeable and professional, and their customer service is fantastic. They wore masks inside my house during my recent HVAC replacement, and I really appreciated that. They are very good at determining the issue(s) with my system when they arise, and I trust them to give accurate, fair estimates. As long as I remain within their service area, I will continue to use Ellis, and I have recommended them to family and friends, as well - and I recommend them to anyone reading this review. Had Ellis to install both our inside and outside A/C unit. The installers were awesome. Very professional and courtesy.
The tech arrived and identified a clogged drain. He explained what he was going to fix the problem. He cleared to drain and checked the freon levels. The air is blowing cool again..
I called Ellis today at 11:45am 2/16 freezing as our Furnace was going out. Dicky showed up early gave me the price and availability. 5pm Fixed and not freezing anymore. Thank you! same day in the middle of a disaster!
I highly recommend Ellis AC&H. Jerry came out and sat with me to give me an estimate and took all the time needed to answer all of my questions. I was given a very fair price for a great product. On the install day, the crew showed up on time and worked diligently and with great attention to detail to install my system. Preston and his crew were very professional and addressed all my questions and items I wanted to ensure were covered and checked. You won't go wrong with Ellis! I chose them out of 6 companies that I received quotes from and I made the right choice.
