A wonderful experience with Jose, such a professional and thorough representative. He took time to explain all of my options for replacing the compressor as well as various cost/payment options. He was very polite and respectful.

I've used Dial One Johnson three times now, and I have had a fantastic experience all three times. Every person I have dealt with has been friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They have shown up promptly when I needed them, and really put themselves in my shoes when considering how to handle situations. This is some of the finest customer service I have ever received. Big Dan R was fast, friendly and efficient. He had a great attitude, was very down to earth, easy to talk to and explained everything in a way I could understand. Dan did an awesome job completing several different services to get my A/C up and running optimally again. Very prompt and helpful. Great at explaining the problem together me. Was overcharged for a prior job, but they were able to rectify it after my husband called. Very willing to listen and understand the issue.
Dan is an amazing person and professional technician. I had to make an after hours emergency HVAC call, and he was very kind and willing to work with our situation. He was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to take care of my family to get the AC running again in 90°+ temp. This is my second job with Dial One and I'm sure won't be my last.
