I have worked for many companies and I have worked with many supply houses and Shearer is a cut above the rest; specifically Shearer Carrollton. From our territory manager Kyle G, to the branch manager Chandler D, and the front desk with team members like Ethan. They provide same-day service, they give us emergency solutions. We don't go anywhere else anymore.
Best customer service compared to all other distributors. Update: Few years of being a A.S. dealer and this is still my favorite location.
There's not to many places out there you can count on in the extreme situations, but Shearer supply is one of them. They are always ready with you to make sure you have what you need to help others and it is greatly appreciated. The whole staff is a pleasure to work with and they have definitely earned our respect and business for a long time to come. Still absolutely one great place to do business with!
