This place is awesome! AC unit stopped working at 8 pm and they had a tech out at 11 am the next day. The lady that called was very professional and the technician, Ty, was really quick, nice, and did a great job. This will be my go-to every time.
A previous HVAC company said we would need to change out our entire unit. Norris Heat & Air came out and assessed our unit and found that our repair would cost less than $1,000. They are responsive, efficient, and professional. Moving forward, they are out point of contact for our A/C & Heating needs.
On a very hot day in the middle of June 2022 one of my A/C units failed. I asked Norris Heat & Air to look at it. Even though it was a very busy time of year for them, they took the time to give me an honest assessment. Norris Heat & Air installed two new HVAC systems in my office building in one day and I have had no problems with them. The units are working great! Installation was fast and professional. The cost was competitive. If you are looking for an honest HVAC contractor that will treat you fairly, call Norris Heat & Air. The next time I need service on one of the HVAC systems at my office or home, I will be contacting them again.

Ty and his team were essential in helping me get through a heatwave with a broken AC. They gave me tips on how to get my warranty company moving and shaved a weeks wait off of the ETA. They worked with me every step of the way and got the job done quickly and professionally. I highly recommend them, they are life savers.
So so happy with the service. Unfortunately, this is the second time we have needed their help this month and they were fantastic both the times. Our warranty company picked them, so you never know what you are in for, but The tech was early both times and had the repair part on his truck. We were back up and running in minutes rather than waiting to hear back from the warranty company to approve the repair and then wait for them to schedule a return visit.

Ty is the man to go to if you have any issues with your AC. He diagnosed the issue and gave us a quote in the morning and then was out there the next day installing a whole new AC system. Amazing experience

I really liked Ty from Norris Heat and Air. He was one of the most genuine, nice guys I've met in a long time. He has the personality of the type of guy I think should be a life coach or pastor or something on the side. He was positive, warm hearted, and uplifting. He was sent out via a request my wife made through our home warranty regarding our downstairs A/C not cooling as well as it used to. He looked over all of the equipment, reported what he found to me, discussed possible options, contacted the warranty company with his report, etc. Ty was pretty much everything anyone could possibly hope for in an HVAC technician. He was friendly, honest, considerate, careful, didn't make or leave a mess, explained things really well, and was just overall a real joy to have around. He's the type of guy who you want to tell your friends to contact, which I will definitely do, but I wanted to share this positive experience with all the strangers who might be reading this.

On the 30th of January we smelled burning in our attic through the vents. We turned everything off and the next day called for service. We were not expecting anyone to come on New Year's Eve, but to our surprise Ty made it happen! We were so grateful as the cold weather was setting in. Within days he had the parts and repaired our heating fan and unit! We are so grateful for his Office Manager Tiffany as well. She kept us informed and got us scheduled in a timely manner! Thank you both for a job well done! Will definitely refer you to others.
Ty came in response to our service request through our home warranty. So glad he was the one who came. I was unable to be home during the service time, but stayed in close touch with my wife to make sure she was comfortable and treated well. My wife had nothing but nice things to say about his professionalism and knowledge. He made sure everything was working properly, even contacted the warranty company on our behalf to get things paid for as appropriate.
