Old guy here. This is my first Google post ever but I feel my recent first experience with Medley requires a few comments. I've had my share of a/c repairs and new installs in the past but this this one stands out. My a/c went out 6/27/23 around 5pm. I thought I would call and get my name on the list. I was confident with the current heatwave all a/c companies were booked solid. Approximately one hour after I called I got a text saying Daylon was on his way. Daylon diagnosed the problems and gave me my options. I chose new a/c and air handler. Then I got text saying Taylor would be here Wednesday at 11:30am to suggest best a/c for my house. We did the paperwork and then Taylor blew my mind. He said installers would be here in 2-3 hours to install. My response was "say again". Could not believe same day service. Two hours later four of the nicest and knowledgable installers arrived and by 5pm my new a/c was up and running. Twenty-four hours after first call ! I have a health issue and heat is not my friend and Medley jumped thru hoops to minimize the situation. Thanks Medley !!
Our ac went out last night and after being told by our usual repair service that they didn't know if or when they could repair the system called Medley. Cory came over a half hour later and fixed the ac. We will definitely use them from now on. Prompt, professional professional and cost-effective.
Every interaction I have had with Medley (From the owner to the service providers) has been polite, respectable, and considerate. It truly gives me confidence that I am doing what is best for my home and my family. They also always call back to personally check on us because this Texas heat is no joke!
They were very prompt; They found ways to save me money and Cody was extremely professional, personable and knowledgeable.
Next day professional service.Kept me advised as to what my AC was doing and how to avoid large expenses later. Treated me like a friend.A level of service hard to find .
I would LOVE to be the 1,000TH FIVE-STAR REVIEW but I just can't wait!! I have a dear friend who has been suffering in the Texas heat for several years now. She has had her AC company come out to her house so many times over the years and even had radiant barrier and new insulation installed but her house would never get below 82-85 degrees in the summer depending on the outside heat. She FINALLY gave in and called "my guy" that I have told her about so many times. Texas HIMSELF came out to her house...on a Sunday...after 6pm...and took great care of her. Her house is already so much cooler!!! Texas is definitely MY GUY and I will continue to recommend his five-star service from him and his excellent team! What means the most to me? He's so honest and he doesn't upsell just to make money. He doesn't take advantage of you. Thank you, Texas, for taking care of my friend...and for ALWAYS taking care of me all these years!!!
Highly recommend Medley. We signed up for a family maintenance plan. Their team is highly professional, always shows up on time and does the right thing by the customers. This weekend in 100F weather, one of our AC units stopped working and Texas was at my house within 10 minutes of calling. This is an old unit and he could have easily told me that the unit needs to be replaced. However he figured out the problem was due to a wire short circuit because a rodent had chewed the wire. He fixed and it is still working normally. He also didn’t charge me for the service because their team had been at our house for a maintenance cal the day before. Hard to find good professionals these days who perform their job to the highest level of integrity. Highly recommend this company.

Medley Heating & Air Conditioning employees were friendly and professional during install of our new AC system. Their AC quote explained what was included with no hidden or surprise fees. The old system died recently and it was time to replace the old AC system. Happy we went with Medley Heating & Air Conditioning. They made a good positive impression.
Great work performed and well explained to a new homeowner! Will use again for the maintenance plan!
I have used Medley before for service tune-ups for my AC. I called them out instead of using my home warranty. They came out and inspected and said I needed whole new unit and the unit I had was unserviceable because they don’t make Freon 422 for it anymore. I asked them to price me a new unit, and it was $9300. I decided to call my home warranty company and see if the would replace unit. The HW came out and said I needed a new condenser slab in attic. Got it fixed for $1500 by the home warranty company. I also had them service my other unit which runs on 410 Freon, of which they had as well. Moral of the story is check around everybody wants in your pocket…
Our technician, Brett, arrived on time and was considerate, thorough, honest and fair. I would absolutely use Medley Heating and A/C again.
Gave me a good estimate of when they would be at my home and quickly diagnosed the problem. While the unit was still under warranty the labor had just expired. They fixed the problem and waived the labor charge! I have used them for years and they remember. Nice to have loyalty count!

We recently had our annual Medley AC spring tune up performed. Nothing special about the job, just routine maintenance. What was special is their continued professionalism, attention to detail, and the information provided about our system condition. What I appreciated was no sales pitch, which could have been expected since our system will soon exit its teenage years! I am convinced it continues to perform beyond its expected life because of the the quality work of Team Medley. ***************************************** Magic Cody has had to rescue me again! My compressor stopped working in the late evening. By the time he could get to my house it was 92 degrees inside! I braced myself to buy a new system since mine is more than 15 years old. Magic arrived and started to work. Within minutes he suspected a broken wire to the compressor was the problem. Sure enough, he disassembled the unit to get access to the compressor and found a wire had shorted against the housing. 15 minutes later, the compressor was back up and running. A lessor company would have speced out a new system, draining my savings. Instead, I had cool air and a bill for a service call and minor repair. Medley exceeds my expectations every time I encounter them. You can trust them to manage your system and you money as if it were their personal money. ************************************* I came home this week and walked into an oven. I noted that while the air conditioner fan was working, it was blowing out 88 degree air. I discovered the compressor was not working. The breaker was thrown so I reset it only to have it instantly throw again and again and again. It was close to noon so I called Medley to get an appointment, assuming it would be the next day. I was told they were totally booked for Thursday but if someone cancelled they would try to get to me. Otherwise, they would be out on Friday. Less than an hour later, they called to advise me they had a cancellation. Cody

From my first call to Medley I was confident that my air conditioning issue was going to be handled in an efficient manner. The technician was not only knowledgeable about the issue but was very kind. When I was told that our blower motor would need to be replaced I showed the technician our warranty from Trane and he took a picture of the warranty and sent it to the office and the problem was resolved using the warranty. We also signed up for the family plan which is $255 annually and Medley comes twice a year to inspect your air conditioner and furnace to ensure things are in good working order. I hope you will use Medley for your AC and furnace needs because I believe you will be as pleased as I am.
Y’all! If you need fast, reliable and outstanding service, Medley Air is the place to call. These guys are super professional, very personable and extremely informative! We had our whole HVAC system replaced and are very happy we chose Medley to do it!
