Absolute professionals, courteous service, they fixed my broken down, old A/C at an affordable price and they also speak Spanish! I wasn't home during the time the technician David showed up but he was an absolute gentleman with my disabled mother who only speaks Spanish. Can't recommend enough, thank you!

Hector was able to drop in and check on my AC late on a Saturday night in the middle of the June 2023 heat advisory.....a time where I know AC companies are in ultra high demand. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and knew exactly how to help me. I had some parts that will eventually need replacing, but he did not pressure me into purchasing today. Great help and great service. Will use next time and I highly recommend Hector and Safe Air.
Dave was very courteous and knowledgeable of his work. He was able to come out the same day. He cut right through the chase and got to work and resolve our problem with the air conditioner's contactor.

This company did the maintenance on my hvac system. They are on time, reasonably priced and very professional. David did the maintenance on my system and was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company.
Our AC had issues and we called Safe Air for help. The tech came next business day and was quick to identify the issue. The whole process was fast and professional, and I would highly recommend the company.
Called to have my AC serviced and filters replaced. Was scheduled on a Wednesday morning. Hector or any of his people did not show up. Received a message saying they are running late and will be there in the afternoon. Called to follow up but no answer, texted but no reply. Tried calling the next few days but no answer or reply. Completely unprofessional.

Had them out to service my AC units. Paid over $700 for servicing. Of that, I paid $210/pound of Freon installed. Tech was supposed to send me pics of before and after but didn't. My bedrooms are still 81F after spending that money. Would like to get a quote from them on new steps from here.
Jonathan saved our lives today!!! Our air conditioning stopped blowing cool over the weekend and I had no idea why. By the time the weekend was over, our home was 85 degrees. My daughter was burning up the night before. I started by putting in a service request to my home warranty. I waited until Monday to call them but the initial contractor was booked until next month. Then after a random search through nextdoor and thumbtack, I came across Safe Air and decided to give them a call. At first I thought there was no way they could see me on such short notice but Hector made sure to make time for Jonathan to come by. Jonathan was a true pro, kind and courteous. He quickly assessed the problem was with our capacitor, explained why it happened and was able to repair the issue within half an hour. Immediately, I could start the feel cool air again before he even walked back in my house. The price for parts and labor were very fair. They also set me up with a two year warranty in case it goes out again. All I have to do now is submit the invoice back to my warranty for a reimbursement. I cannot thank Safe Air enough!!!
Safe Air Conditioning saved me on a Sunday. The AC went out. The technician showed up, troubleshot the issue. I ended up purchasing a new exterior unit. On Monday evening the unit was replaced and by Tuesday my home was cool and comfortable. I highly recommend this local company to everyone. I just wanted to say that Jonathan did a fantastic job on my air conditioning. AC is cooling so great once again and everything is working as well. Also the price being reasonable compared to others. Update: Issue was resolved. New employee Jonathan is the best and will hopefully be the guy to help Hector out. Thank you! After recent updates: Now I have to change my review as we can't count on them anymore. They were good but now I can't count on them anymore especially having a worker not knowing what they are even doing. They promise to come but each time they are a no show and no response. Why Hector, why? :( So sad.
I'm glad I called Safe. My AC was not blowing cold air so I called Safe and they were able to dispatch a tech the same day. Hector was the one who answered phone. Techs name was Jonathan and he was awesome and explained my older unit how it works. Going forward they will be my go to for any HVAC issues
Our A/C suddenly stopped working. We called Safe Air Conditioning and John was there in 2 hours. He evaluated our unit and gave us an honest, upfront opinion. He gave us a repair that fixed the issue for the short term. But also recommended a long term solution (he was not pushy, just honest). We agreed on a repair and price (also a very fair price). He competed the repair in a timely manner and was professional. When it’s time for the long term solution we will definitely call Safe Air Conditioning for the job. 5/5.
First time using SAFE AIR and I was pleasantly surprised with the responsiveness, professionalism and courtesy exhibited by Jonathan our Service Tech who did a great job. Our AC unit went out at 9 pm on Wednesday night and Jonathan had it back up and running by 5 pm on Thursday. He was very courteous to my wife and very knowledgeable about our AC system and after doing the necessary repairs gave it a thorough checking and offered me some tips on how to keep it in top shape. I highly recommend SAFE AIR!
