My A/C went out and Zack came out to my home in 42 minutes after hanging up with Eric. "Yes I did time him lol 😆" Zack was very calm and clear on how he would get my home comfortable again. Yep, My guy Zack knew it was burning up in the house. But what really stood out reader's, he was very concern about the new born in the home. Zac quickly set me up with financing and a new unit in my home... Wait wait wait.. Did I tell you "Same Day" install with a warranty. Thank you "Zack" for being an everyday Hero!!!!

Pan got clogged and need to add the electric switch at midnight ! Thanks for coming late night and helping to resolve the issues. Appreciated.Waiting for the other water damage issues to be fixed in the morning and this was two weeks ago. Today Brandon came to replace the indoor unit. Let’s see how that works.

Justin did a great job diagnosing our AC issue and getting it resolved. He arrived very quickly even though it was late at night. He was thorough and I appreciated his attention to detail. He offered helpful solutions which would save us money in the long run. I will be requesting Justin for all my future services!

Mike and One Hour Air were awesome. They were able to schedule me in early and Mike did a great job fixing our problem. He took time when he was done to explain everything to me and gave me some advice to aid in maintaining my systems.
Mike was awesome!!! He spent time listening to what my concerns were about what was going on with our AC. He provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service and also fixed my problem. 😁 Mike went above and beyond to explain what he was doing, walked me through what he was going to do, he was thorough, and provided detailed information in a way that I could understand it. I could go on and on about my experience today! He is a true professional!

The whole HVAC System was replaced at my aunt's 5/24, did a fantastic job, bery professional, very respectful, thank you guys for the rapid f response.
So far my new ac unit and furnace are working fine but I had also asked them to put a new vent in our laundry room but because our crawl space was small I felt like he didn't want to go through the trouble of installing it and just told me "there wasn't enough room" I gonna get a second opinion and probably won't fool with them anymore if it turns out we in fact can get a vent into our laundry room and he just didn't want to do it because it was a hassle everything
Quickly figured out the problem and fixed it. Appreciate the late night service call, we were able to sleep comfortably.

Everything about this company from start to finish was outstanding. Our consultant, Zac, was knowledgeable and professional. He went the extra mile to insure we were satisfied. Brandon and his partner completed the installation in less time than promised. He also explained everything about the system and all of the work they did.
