Brandon came to our house- last minute - on a Saturday and diagnosed the problem with our refrigerator/freezer. He was professional and thorough. (Another repair service strung us along for two days- then cancelled on Friday afternoon.)

Longhorn responded the same day I called, whereas neither Premier or A&E ever called back even after leaving repeated messages! Longhorn arrived next day, analyzed the problem, ordered parts and returned two days later to install them. I'm a happy customer and will use them again!

My problem was identified as a misinstallation of a new insinkerator where they did not remove the plug in the line for the dishwasher exit flow. Aha!

Longhorn was great and easy to work with! I called and had a technician (Joe) at my home within 30 minutes. He assessed my washer, diagnosed the issue and had it running in 45 minutes. He was honest and provided great service. I will request Joe from Longhorn Home Services moving forward!
