Great service
Can I just say from the phone service to the in store service… professional all the way.
Dawn was great! She helped get som gloves for my crews. Great customer service and very knowledgeable.
Dawn is always so helpful and the store always has everything I need and then some. I wish every store had as helpful of an employee as dawn.
Dawn was absolutely wonderful! As she helped me find the perfect gloves it started to pour down rain outside and she even helped me make a poncho so i wouldn't get wet! Now if thats not outstanding customer service i dont know what is!!! THANK YOU DAWN!
Had an emergency after hours call. Reached out to various supply houses and Grainger was the only one to answer. Brian had a very quick response, and was able to get the store open and the parts I needed within the hour. 10/10

Went in, asked for assistance, directed to another employee that looked in the system and pointed across the store and walked to the back of the store. Extremely poor assistance, definitely a waste of time. DONT'BOTHER....
Horrible Service. Came here to try on work boots and the bald shorter guy was very impatient and rude to us while we tried different boots on. Left without purchasing anything due to service.

Great looking store but none of the employees know anything in order to help you find parts. They’re about as useful as an autozone employee.

Do not order from this place unless you are desperate. I place order for 2 Ballard because I was in a time crunch and they say they could get it to me next day or day after. I order from them and pay More Than Twice as much as Amazon or Home Depot so I can get it sooner. I was suppose to get at the latest last Thursday. It’s Monday now and still do not have. They now say it’s Tuesday or Wednesday before I might get.

Not the most friendly or accommodating stores I've been to. I needed gloves for a site visit that NFPA requires me to have for certain circumstances. But, their return policy isn't printed on the receipt. You have to retrieve it from their website. The insulated gloves I bought I didn't end up needing to use so I tried to return them. The only pair of gloves they had available were a size 10 (X-Large, basically), which is waaay too big. But, I'm apparently less than a month out of their return policy deadline. Their store hours are during my office hours so that made it really challenging to find an opportunity to stop by the store and return them. I just started my new position and now I'm stuck with gloves that are waaay too big and I'll have to purchase again. I'll definitely be looking for a better friendlier way to buy gloves that actually fit.
