Grade-A Heating & Air Conditioning cleaned our two gas fireplaces and our boiler today. Fred was very professional. He kept everything clean and did a thorough job of cleaning the glass, vacuuming and checking for gas leakage. He cleaned and checked everything about the boiler too. I would definitely use this company again!
I've been using Grade-A Heating & Air Conditioning for many years and am always very pleased with the technicians and service. A recent visit by Fredrick was no exception. They installed a new furnace and hot water heater for us and both have worked flawlessly. Top notch!!

Fred arrived right on time and explained what he would be doing. He checked the filter in the ceiling, checked the thermostat and then went up to check the furnace on the roof. When he returned he showed me pictures of problem areas in the furnace and detailed what he would do to fix some of the problems. He was thorough, polite and professional.

Our air conditioner wasn’t working. The technician from Grade-A Heating & Air Conditioning came out in a timely manner and looked at it. Fred was very professional and courteous. He gave us options without any high pressure. We made the decision to have the air conditioner replaced. He went out of his way to find us the best deal. They then came out and replaced it in a timely manner.We highly recommend them.
