Working with this company has been a nightmare for the past three years. I have holes in my walls and three minisplits in boxes STILL. Never finished the work and seemed to have left town when I call about trying to remedy this situation, all at the same time they are getting paid for work undone that I never authorized. I'm going to court!!!
I recommend this company because: employees are very knowledgeable, arrives on time, and professional as they’re doing their job. And fixed the problem the same day. Thank you Maurice for fixing our AC unit.

Chris and Chad did a phenomenal job on explaining what was wrong with my washer. He was thorough and explained everything that was needed which is pretty rare these days. Highly recommend both of them!
Tyler came in and spent over 2 hours making repairs and replacing parts. He made sure that everything was working properly before leaving. However the original person who came also did a good job of finding the problem and putting the parts on order. The problem with the first person was that he disconnected the piping that the water flowed out of the system and by the time my son discovered the leaked it had already leaked through both the 2nd floor ceiling and the first floor ceiling. Now we have water spots/stains in both areas. Again, Tyler was great, can’t wait until the heat hits this summer to really see if we have a cooler home this year.s

Did not fix the problem. Within a few days, it was worse rhan before! Said they would respond within 48 hours and haven't heard a thing. Horrible service

Cy was great! Took time to explain things about our AC & what was wrong. Professional & was able to finally fix our AC (he was the 3rd guy who checked on it & didn’t leave our place until issue was fixed). We’re ready for the hot days!! Would highly recommend!

The Fix’d professional, Joe, came out to my house as a home warranty claim to take a look at my inoperable heater. He quickly diagnosed it as a thermostat issue and replaced it. In total, he was professional, timely and efficient.
Service was above and beyond! Very fast and professional also taught me a few tricks to maintain a cleaner washer and dryer!

Excellent service from (Tyler) the technician that took care of the spring maintenance on my AC. We need more technician like Tyler we to service our homes.

My comments is for the service I received from Tyler. He was very professional and kept me informed on what was going on and made sure he kept his promise to get my air conditioner fixed. He was awesome. Fixd need more workers like him and then they would be a better company. Thanks Tyler!
