Stephen is highly knowledgable and really takes time to explain stuff when we got questions. He has been looking after our HVAC system for a year and we are planning to switch to DIamond Blue Air for our rental property too. Really good service and very professional. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for HVAC maintenance and repair.
I used two contractors from home warranty for the heating issue. One said I need to change the zone panel without checking anything. The second guy said it is an airflow issue and he can't help. Stephen from Diamond Blue Air is excellent in explaining about the airflow issue and he fixed it in no time. I will use them again in the future.
We are currently in the process of evaluating the various quotes from HVAC companies so I cannot comment on the end work just yet. However, I want to express my extreme gratitude to Diamond Blue Air for promptly returning my call and inquiry, as well as being on time (actually a little early). Mainly, I want to thank the tech, Stephen, who went through all our concerns, provided multiple different options and ideas to help save us money and headaches in the future. He went out of his way to go through every aspect of our complex commercial system and hear our concerns. He was professional and based on our time with him, would recommend this business to all!!
Stephen showed up promptly with great communication. Really took the time to connect with us as a customer, and listen to where our concerns were. Stephen took the time to inspect our entire A/C unit, took pictures of all areas afterwards and did all sealing and maintenance needed. Highly recommend using this company.
Great experience with Roy and his installation team who installed 2 brand new Lennox HVAC systems in my home. All three men were polite and expedient. They installed and got the main system up and running on day one, and the upstairs unit on day two. They took care of everything from start to finish. In addition both systems came with smart thermostats, in this case ECOBEE4, that have incredible features. I would highly recommend contacting Roy with Blue Diamond Air for any HVAC concerns including getting a new system.

After having another company come out and advise me I had a slow leak and due to it being R22 would need to consider replacement, I contacted Diamond Blue to see if they could repair leak to get another year out of unit. They responded to advise me that there was no leak, the R22 was full in the unit and it was operating efficiently and effectively at the time of service. I was relieved that a new unit was not quite necessary at this time in complete contrast to the first company who came out two weeks earlier. I am getting 18 degrees temp differential, which was why I questioned first company in first place. I will not need to look any further for my future needs! Thanks guys!! PS: the technician Stephen! What a breath of fresh air. Knowledgeable, professional, helpful! What more can you ask for!
