During this snow storm our heat went out and they got here within 2hrs and had it fixed in 20min. I can't say enough or be thankful enough for y'all!!

The Techs that came out were friendly and professional. They did a thorough job plus took the time to explain to me what was going on and how he fixed it. I would definitely recommend them!
Best service around. Breon was very responsive, and was out here quick. Once he arrived, he immediately asked what we'd noticed or observed. He was very thorough and quick in diagnosing and repairing our unit. I'm sorry if I didn't spell his name correctly. But hopefully you'll know who I'm talking about.

Carroll's Heat and AC is a professional and well run business. Bob Upchurch is the owner. Bob installed my AC system in 1999, and just replaced my furnace a few weeks ago. One of the men on his crew said he may have been on the crew that installed my AC 15 years ago. Stable and reliable. Bob prefers American Standard equipment, and that has worked well for me over the years. He gave me a competitive bid on a Tuesday and had my furnace installed Thursday. I highly recommend Bob and his crew.
