My experience with Bell Mechanical Services was great! The technicians were friendly, able to work through the issue efficiently and were done in no time. Double checked the work for myself and they did great work!

Matthew was really knowledgeable and helpful on his visit. He explained what he was doing and how to maintain our HVAC systems.
The mechanic was dutiful in fixing our issue, while also explaining every step of the process. He was quick in diagnosing the problem but also courteous, which made this a pleasant service repair. Highly recommend!
Very professional in checking our system to make sure the airflow was good in each room and resetting the thermostat to better operate.
We have been using them for 10 years. Very friendly staff. They come out twice a year to maintain our unit and change the filter. Great company!!
I would leave a minus -5 five start if possible. This company installed the unit in my brand new home so far the system has been service 6 times already in less than three months. Two times before the closing date ( leak in a drip pan) ( condensation in the discharge pipe) ( filter box bend) then 1 month after moving in the exhaust plenum collapsed due to a poor strap installation, another 15 days later, the plenum felt again. I had to instruct the technician to use metal straps. We had severe winter weather master bedroom was cold as a freezer while the other two rooms felt like been inside an oven, technician showed up and according to him adjusted the air flow in the duct work, issue still the same nothing changed. Called customer service never received a date an time for service. Finally they schedule the same technician after 15 days of waiting. The technician that told me that they were going to perform air flow check 1/4/23 no one from this awful company has call me to schedule the test. I will file a claim with the state regulatory agency. Poor customer service, poor amateur technicians lack of skills and common sense. Absolutely the worst experience dealing with a brand new home warranty.
Bell Mechanical Services came out to fix the vent fan in my master bathroom. The gentleman that came out to my home was courteous and on-time. He explained and showed me that it was an electrical issue. I also appreciated how quickly I was able to schedule an appointment and how friendly the scheduler was over the phone.
Professional service and knowledgeable and helpful technicians. Would wholeheartedly recommend.
My husband and I bought a brand new home with a brand new HVAC system. When we moved in, we had zero cooling. The damage could have been from other contractors working on the home, but trying to get it repaired has been a nightmare. I called and scheduled a tech to come out and fix it. He came out, "fixed" something, and left. Still no cold air. I called and scheduled someone to come back out to actually fix the problem. The tech didn't show up or even call. I lost an entire day, waiting around for someone to come. I had to call the company repeatedly throughout the day to finally get an answer, "It's raining so he can't come but we will schedule a call for 8 AM tomorrow." The next day, the tech didn't show up until nearly 11, just to tell us that the issue was in our wall and he would have to get special permission to start working on it so he would schedule a repair when he got approval. The next day, in the middle of the workday, I got a call that said someone was 15 minutes away from my house. I called back and explained that I could unlock the house but couldn't be there because my husband and I both have work. So they said they would reschedule because someone has to be there the entire time the tech is. No one plans ahead, communicates, or shows up on time. I haven't had working AC in over a week.
The technician was professional and courtesy, and was able to resolve the issue we had with the thermostat.
Mr. Tyrone did in one hour what SEVERAL techs did not in over a year of service request! He thoroughly explained All of the issues that happen to be poor service from the previous techs that he had to go behind and fix. He should be promoted to training other techs! Not only was he effective but he was efficient and incredibly kind! If they send a tech to you, ask for him! I don’t know how many other techs are as great as Mr. Tyrone (the ones I had before him were not) but if you end up with someone else, I would say that you’re taking a gamble. The only reason I am not giving the company 0 stars is because of Mr. Tyrone who deserves 5+ stars!
We had a burning smell coming through our vents in our home bell mechanical came out, check the entire unit over and assured us everything was good to go. They also insulated a line that needed to be taken care of. I cannot remember the name of the tech that came out but he was very prompt and very efficient and made sure that we understood everything that was going on. I would definitely use this company again because of this to Tech in particular.!
My thermostats went completely out in our brand new home. So I sent an email to get things resolved this was around 10 or 11 pm. I woke up and had no reply so I called the emergency line about 10 am since it was starting to get really cold in the house. 1st call no one answers I leave a message. 2nd call was around 3 pm no one answered again I left another message. Called again for a third time at 7 pm someone finally answered and asked for my address so I give it to her. She recognized my address like of yea the house in fate tx I respond yes that house she says the worker was finishing up his last house. She said she would contact him to see if he could swing by and she would call me back. Welp guess what no one called back. So now me and my kids had to sleep in the same room with the only space heater I called for a 4th time at around 10 pm no answer as usual. For a company with an emergency line they sure do not treat their customers issues with any urgency and the lack of communication was just disappointing. Thank goodness we don’t have to pay for their services because the house is still under warranty because if it wasn’t we would surely use a different company. Also I called this morning found out that I have an appointment for 12. I guess they didn’t feel the need to call me and communicate that.
Thank you Technician Joey , he was so helpful after we were so cold for few days called the bill Servis and they send him on time for his appointment he fixed our heat/AC unit so professional and he even wear a boot cover So nice of him , thank you very much
Great work, experienced technicians, Good customer service from technicians, but Ms. Irma a customer service representative on the phone in Louisiana was very insensitive, was very sarcastic and was not empathetic of my wife and her health issues, regarding the air not working, even after explaining to her that the air was working prior to the technicians coming out to replace our dehumidifier that had a recall on it. Thankfully we were able to call the technicians back directly who gladly came back out to our home with no problem and realized that they accidentally forgot to reconnect a wire that they disconnected which was causing out air to not work. Ms. Irma’s only course of action was to schedule us the next day and to have us in a hot house overnight in Louisiana with high humidity.
10 out of 10! Alex and his crew were the best! After moving to a new home with HVAC that was installed incorrectly they came in and fixed everything the same week. Integrity, great communication skills, great customer service with follow ups, 100% recommend!
Had two different guys come by don't remember their names but they both did a great job! They answered all the questions I had. Will 100% recommend!
Technician is very good and completed replacing the condenser on time. I felt it is very expensive. Also could not get a proper invoice, have to talk to customer service more than 10times to get the itemized bill and it does not have enough information on the work done.
Bell mechanical installed my homes HVAC system. Less than four years later I am looking at a $4000 repair. They will not cover it under their warranty. Another HVAC company that I had to come out when they refused to warranty a cracked evaporator coil pointed out several things that were not done up to code. Again, the house is only a couple years old. Their competitors put a 10 year warranty on their work, Bell Mechanical will not warranty their work beyond two years on a full system install.
