Don was great! He was on time and even though our ice maker repair was too costly, he was able to give us some great advice on replacing the unit. He also gave some valuable advice for some of our other appliances to keep them in good shape! Will definitely use Appliance Fixx again!
Appliance Fixx has worked to help repair my refrigerator and range over the last many months. They are professional and courteous, and have been very helpful in dealing with issues obtaining replacement parts from the manufacturer (Fisher and Paykel)

I called for assistance when my LG refrigerator stopped working. Within ten minutes, Don got in touch with me. He dispatched Jim, a service technician, who was skilled and extremely helpful in explaining how this specific refrigerator functions. Within three days, he had my fridge fixed after returning from ordering the necessary components. works like it's brand new. Great company and excellent service!

Overall, I was happy with the service and delighted to put off buying a new dryer, although there is a warning. We must be completely transparent here. One hour of service requires a minimum fee of $360. I was charged that much to repair a fuse. The least amount you will be billed is that. Overall, I'm quite happy.

On Friday, a technician came and offered me a repair cost estimate. He didn't press me to make a choice straight immediately. My dryer started operating again on Monday after I phoned again on Saturday, and we came to an agreement on everything. I couldn't be happier! I appreciate your excellent service and prompt reply.
As soon as Don arrived, he identified the issue. He used his book to justify the continued use of our dishwasher. Don never put any pressure on me to repair the dishwasher. He gave me some time to choose if I wanted the dishwasher serviced immediately or should just call as required. Excellent customer service, no pressure, prompt attention, and a pricing that is honest and reasonable.
When we phoned these folks, they responded immediately. They modified the shutting mechanism to make the error code inoperative. It was completed a few months ago and is currently effective. In the future, I'll employ them once again.

Tech came on time and diagnosed our issue (microwave sensor was malfunctioning) fast. very professional and courteous. The fix was flawlessly executed. I postponed writing a review for a few months to make sure the microwave was trouble-free. I would strongly advocate using them whenever necessary.
It's challenging to find a good repairman! I've phoned or emailed at least 15 other businesses concerning my washer repair, but this firm was the only one to actually listen to what I had to say and guide me toward the best course of action without giving me the runaround like everyone else did. Even though it appears that I won't need this firm in the future to fix my washer, I will still book mark them and will be happy to refer them! Good customer service is the foundation of good businesses.
