Lisa was attentive in setting our HVAC system annual service appointment. The technician Seth was kind, polite, and professional. I would definitely recommend Williams Precision Air for all of your heating and cooling needs in the Mansfield/Arlington, DFW area.

Our A/C quit working and called it in to our home warranty service whom worked with Williams Precision Air Service and within 5 days we where approved for a new A/C unit and it was installed. Williams Precision took care of all the hard work. They also worked with us to pay our out of pocket. 100% recommend there service. Thank you Williams Precision Air Service

We are very pleased with William Precision Air Services. They came out Saturday and diagnosed our issues. We had other techs come out from other A/C companies that would not take the time and find the real issue over a 5 year period... Yes, I said 5 years same on going issues. Very costly... Our unit was just put in 6 years ago and had a coil issues and had rusted our unit due to a leak that was never found by other techs because they didn't do their job correctly. If they would of done their job correctly, we wouldn't had to spend $1600 to replace the unit. William Precision tech found the issue within no time. He explained what happened and how it could be fixed. He took his job very seriously and did it right. If you want the job done right, call William Precision they will get the job done. The young man who came out to our house found out our compressor outside was bad. He did extensive tests and found out the issue. He personally made sure the compressor was repaired professionally and operated as it should. I appreciated all of his hard work, especially during these crazy climate conditions in Texas. I would highly recommend him in the future.
They had to rewire my heating system due to improper installation to make my system work properly when the temperature drops below freezing and installed a new thermostat. Tommy was absolutely outstanding! He did not try to sell me on something that was not needed, took his time to explain in detail what happened to my system. Before leaving made sure everything was working properly, very polite, professional, timely, and overall did an outstanding job. I will use their company for my heating and AC needs in the future.
Great company, highly recommended! They have helped us with several AC repairs at our rent houses & personal home & have most recently replaced one of our AC units at our personal home! Professional, honest & responsive! I have, & will continue, to recommend them to my family, friends & clients!

Williams Precision Air fixed my heating system and put in an additional vent at at a reasonable price. Tommy was professional and easy to work with.
Initially I had very bad experience due to one of the guys started working for them. But later I realize that this company build their reputation over the past many years and they do really care about it. Company owner Tommy by himself came in to resolve all my issues and goes above and beyond to make me happy. One thing I learned is to reach out to the owners of the company and talk to them if you have issues. In my case Tommy listened all and did everything to resolve my issues and he did. I give them 5 star and highly recommend them. They will be my go to guys going forward
Tommy and Patrick showed up to check out my upstairs unit that wasn’t working. Was able to diagnose it promptly, had the part needed, and fixed it in a timely manner. Highly recommend this company!
Williams Precision air services did a fantastic job!!!! Super professional and nothing but courteous. From start to finish they do exactly what needs to be done and the prices are more than reasonable! We won’t hesitate to use them in the future!!!
