Dub and his guys did a great job getting out to our house and checking out our problem. Dub laid out various possibilities for repair or replacement allowing us to make a decision and not high pressure in us to do anything. Dub did a quality job for a great price and added extras for no extra cost. Even after installation he is just a phone call away to answer any questions. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone.
Dub came out last summer when it was HOT, and spent several hours trying to repair my A/C unit. It took some time to diagnose the problem because it wasn't behaving properly. As it turned out, what I thought was the problem wasn't the problem at all, but when he sorted it out he had us up and running in short order. I highly recommend Moore Air and Heat!
Showed up the same day I made the call and was quick and prompt to look over and diagnose. My HVAC problem.👍👍👍
Dub provided information to help me make an informed choice, had competitive rates and was quick to respond and resolve when I had a clogged drain line a year or so after installation. Highly recommend Moors Air & Heat.

A friend recomended Moore's Heat and AC to me three years ago. I was pleased with all he did and called him back a year later to install a new unit on my office/barn. Dub Moore is very courtious and responsive; I won't use anyone else.

I have been using Dub Moore at Moore Air and Heat for at least the past 3 years. I have 6 rental homes and have used him for repairs and for replacing units that are old. He is extremely professional, and all of my tenants love him. Often the repair turns out to be an inexpensive item, and I trust him not to recommend things that don't need to be done. I can't say enough good things about this company!
Very responsive. Fixed our AC unit quickly. Will continue to do business. Honest and reasonable rate. Repaired our AC when other company said they couldn’t fix and wanted to sale us a new one. That was over two years ago.

Honest company and they do great work! I called Moore Air & Heat and within days I had a new system installed. He did great work and was fair on pricing. I Have used many AC companies in my life and Dub is the BEST!

When our AC went out in the summer of 2019, and our home warranty drug the process out over a month period, we gave Dub a call. Not only was he very upfront and helpful, but got the Job done quickly, and reasonably priced. If we ever have any issues with our AC in the future he surely has our business! NOTE: since he installed our unit, we have not had one issue

An honest and quality service provider is hard to find, but that is exactly what I found with Moore Air & Heat. I live in Richardson but have four rent houses in Burleson and Alvarado. I needed an AC guy, and Moore was recommended to me by my realtor. Moore has helped me on three of the four rentals. Fortunately, each service required only minor repairs, but that further convinced me that Moore is providing an honest diagnosis and not trying sell new systems. Moore is also consistently timely in their service; the most significant example is when I had a tenant with health issues and no air conditioning in the middle of August. The tenant contacted me at 5:15 PM on Saturday; I contacted Moore at 5:20 PM; and Moore was at the house to fix the air conditioner on Sunday. I feel like Moore gives me the same quality service, timeliness, and reasonable prices that they would give a friend. Moore is my "go-to" AC guy in in Burleson and vicinity.
Dub has saved me from the Texas heat twice now. He was very quick to respond both times. He was very professional and very reasonably priced. I referred him to my neighbor and as I expected, he did a great job! I will absolutely continue to use him in the future!
Dub was very responsive. I asked for quotes for a few different brands, and asked for his feedback on them which he did. Once I settled on the system I wanted they were on time and the cost was vey reasonable.
