I would not recommend these people. They changed out our AC units in our home and they never cooled the home. We kept calling them and they would just always come supposedly check them out and say there was nothing wrong with them. We finally ended up hiring another company to come look at them and they found the problem. Save yourself the money. Not only are they overpriced. They don’t know what they are doing.
The tech, Tom, was great and I’m back in business.

my AC died the other day when it was 105! I called Superior AC because they're somewhat nearby and had positive reviews. Their tech came out, he was on time, and courteous. He crawled up into our attic that must have been a billion degrees! He quickly figured out what was wrong. it was too late to get parts because it was late in the evening but he had it on deck first thing in the morning. He came back and finished the repair and we're back in the game. Jason, the tech, is a real pro, he's a great tech and great with customers. Thank you Superior AC!
Zach Heiliger did an excellent job repairing my AC and heating unit, even installed a breaker on my unit so I can turn it off at any time instead of having to go out to the breaker box. He did it in a timely and efficient manner and I could not be a more satisfied customer. Thank you Zach and Superior AC 👍
Our AC stopped working on our second floor where the kids' bedrooms are on a very hot day over a weekend. I had the privilege of meeting the owner of this business, Mike, who personally came to our home on a Sunday afternoon "emergency visit" and fixed the problem himself within an hour. I will be working with Superior AC and Heat for all of our needs from now on. So glad we found this great company after living in the area for almost 10 years!

Looking for a furnace ignition switch for Lennox. They do not carry that brand. Associate was helpful in showing me what they had and how I could use it.
Tried to charge ~$430 for a $12 part that took ~20 min to repair. When confronted he acted like he had no idea what was going on and said he'd just charge $337 (like that still wasnt insane). Worst I've ever felt hiring a contractor, ever!
Was able to get to me and fix my AC unit in the same day. Andy was nice and professional. Mindi in the office was wonderful too!!!
Friendly, communicative, and fast. I’m so happy with my my new AC. When my old air conditioner died of old age, I called Superior AC And Heat and within just a couple hours Randall and Gunner had my house colder than it has ever been.
After nearly getting scammed by MILESTONE AC for a $4,067 compressor repair, I got in touch with Superior. They gave me a $1,400 quote and was able to get it working the following morning. They gave me a much better price and was very timely in the repair. I'm adding them to my go-to list for future maintenance!
After having multiple AC contractors look at our air conditioning and never fixing the issue over a span of 3 years I was hesitant to call anyone again when our unit froze up. I emailed Superior late at night and they called me first thing in the morning. A technician was at my front door the next day and after 3 years of hearing, "I can't find anything wrong" I expected the same. But this time was finally a victory! Their techs found the problem after doing more of an inspection than anyone else ever did. They even called the manufacture to see if my AC was still under warranty. Sadly the warranty did expire in January and I had to replace the entire system. But again Superior impressed me by having an install team at my house the next day! I can not thank them enough for providing great customer service and communication. Especially during the busy Texas summer heat season. I am now a customer for life!
I used Superior AC & Heat to replace a tankless water heater tank. They went above and beyond to find the proper tankless water heater and install the necessary parts. My home is going through a major. Plumbing repair and i have not been able to test the water function. I will do so in a week when all plumbing is don't. I will be able to assess the replacement job of the water heater and provide my final feedback of the replacement working.
One of our AC units stilled used RF22 refrigerant and was blowing warm air. They came out the next morning when we called. Diagnosed the issue and gave us the pros and cons of charging and finding the leak in the old system verses installing a new one. We decided to install the new one. They were done the next day by 3:00 and it was working great. Very professional and fast.
For start to finish this was an incredible experience. Gave a through estimate. Let me know options and answered all my questions. Walked me thru the complete process. Made me comfortable with process. Then the crew was professional and courteous. Again, made my comfortable with the entire process. Exceeded expectations.
My home warranty service sent Superior AC & Heat to fix my gas furnace. Everyone I've encountered at this company has been very professional, friendly, and organized. My technicians were on time, very nice, and super knowledgeable. I definitely learned a few things about gas furnaces. Next time I have an issue with my heat or AC (warranty or not), I'm calling them to come out.
I know this is a busy time for them so I was amazed a how quick they responded to my call. They showed up promptly to our appointment. Every bit of my experience was professional and courteous. I am please with their service.
We live out of state and we are skeptical looking for a trustworthy HVAC Company to take care my tenant AC issue.
