Cool Climate came out within an hour of calling them on a Friday night just around 6. The gentleman fixed the part quickly and the charge was a lot less then I had expected. I would and have recommended them to friends and family who have already used them as well and were very pleased. Great Job Cool Climate!
Our ac went out on 1 of the hottest days in texas summer..I called after hours. They called back and were able to schedule me in the next day which is awesome! I was expecting it to take days so we got lucky. Tech Carl showed up by 8am and had it repaired and cooling in less than 30mins! Very sweet..nice..courteous..professional. I would highly recommend calling Cool Climate and we will again in the future if needed.

I've had the good fortune to use Cool Climate Air Conditioning on multiple occasions and have been NOTHING but THRILLED!!! I'd say you're treated like family, but it's better than that! Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and amazingly fair pricing for the professionals they are!!!

Called Cool Climate after another company came and looked and left without any help. Janet was so kind and helpful in a stressful situation. She had a repair tech out and a diagnosis immediately. I would recommend Cool Climate to anyone looking for a truthful and caring company.
Such a wonderful and professional company. Our A/C stopped working on Thursday night. We called and they had Russell at our house by mid morning on Friday. He was early, helpful, and even explained in detail what had happened to my husband. Russell was beyond professional and kind. They were very affordable considering the circumstances. We will definitely be using them again.
We recently had problems with our heating unit and David came out immediately and was able to troubleshoot the problem and repair it. Very professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend these guys.
Spoke with Carl who I believe is the owner. It was the Friday of Easter weekend, I wasn't expecting an immediate response. He had someone out in 30 minutes to help diagnose what was wrong. Thanks Russell, for coming out to take a look on short notice! Scheduled a follow up visit to take care of my issues. Daniel and his team arrived right when they said they would. Everyone was nice and took the time to explain things. I'm back up and ready for the Texas summer heat! :)
We've tried a number of local HVAC companies but after calling Cool Climate, we will NEVER call anyone else. The first time I called they were here in about 8 minutes!! Our upstairs A/C died and we went a couple years without it because of the cost to get it fixed. They were the only company who actually explained how to pay for a big repair interest free. That was a huge help and allowed us to finally get it fixed! I have had such good experiences with them, my best friend called them and he became a lifetime customer too!
Cool Climate Air Conditioning and Heating came out when I was having an issue with my unit. The woman I spoke with was so helpful in explaining a few issues to me and scheduling an appointment that worked for my schedule. Russell showed up promptly at the appointment time and was extremely thorough with addressing the situation and explaining it to me. I was so happy to have someone help out and take this issue off my plate. He even wrote a detailed report, in case my husband has any questions about what was done. 10/10 I will be using them again.

Refused to show an invoice of costs, were extremely rude, when asked for specifications on price woman who answered the phone in office told me word for word "the owner can charge whatever he wants."
Great first experience. Russell Davis inspected both our heat pump and furnace. He was very informative and paid attention to detail. Will definitely use this company and Russell in the future.

I am impressed with Cool Climate's service their staff is professional, kind and punctual. You can tell that they want to be your go to provider for A/C and Heat Service. They were there when I really needed them during the last ice storm so of course I called them for for my preventive maintenance. My system uses an extra large filter and previous companies I called never had it with them. Their tech did. They seem to always want to impress. I plan to keep using them in them in the future. I recommend them for your A/C and Heat Service. You will not regret it.
