Called to get A/C charged up. They offered a good price for complete HVAC replacement and were able to work the job the very next day. The techs worked all day and late into the night to get the work accomplished. Nice and cool for our first 100 degree day. Very satisfied. Highly rated unit from local company. You will not be disappointed.
I have been using Bock Services for over 15 years. They have always been extremely dependable with installation, service and providing quotes. Their technicians and service personnel are well trained and courtious . When job is finished everything is cleaned up and project is in great working order. Nikki the office manager keeps you informed on all aspects of the job and scheduling. This is also a family owned and operated business. The location is central to all areas of Burleson, Rendon. Fort Worth, making it really nice when you need them. Could not be more happy using them.
Service technician Kyle arrived a mere 3 hours after our call. He was professional, polite and timely. He answered questions and had us back up and running in no time. We are grateful for the quick, friendly and reasonably priced service!
Steve did a great job. This is the third unit he has installed for me. He has repaired this 5 ton a few times. He also installed both Arlington house units and reworked the ductwork.
After a recommendation from a friend, we called Bock Services. They were prompt in responding to our call. They assessed our situation made recommendations, offered a reasonable price and the deal was made. Kyle and his assistant were prompt in meeting the appointment for installation. I’ve been depending on Bach to handle all of my HVAC needs for many years. Additionally, I have referred them to many friends and family, who are all satisfied and very happy about it.
From the office staff, to the technicians that came to help me, I was treated with such kindness. AC issues and Texas heat are no joke, and DIY‘s aren’t really helpful. The office staff was great communicating with me so I was able to get my dogs put up before the technicians arrived. The technicians were super knowledgeable and not only did they fix the problem, they also pointed out a few things that I could do as a homeowner to prevent future issues. The technician even took a couple of extra minutes to look up my units warranty, since the previous homeowner had just only installed it back in 2017. Thank you Bock Services!
I'm sure they are nice to you, if they're making money from you, but otherwise doing business with these people is a nightmare. The owner and office staff are the most hateful and internally ugly people I've ever encountered. Just nasty without cause.

💯 percent Responsive and Reliable. I called several companies due to my AC unit reading from 78° to 85° overnight. Having my twins a dog inside was no bueno as temperatures continued to climb in the triple digits. They not only at able to come out the same day, within an hour, but they also were very friendly, helpful and resolved my concern. THANK YOU so much BOCK AC/Heating for taking care of my family and home. 🙌🏼

I had them come out and inspect my ductless mini split unit. They are knowledgeable when it comes to these types of units unlike many companies. If you have one in need of service or install give them a call. I will be using them from now on for regular service as well as installing my next unit.

BOCK responded quickly with a very resourceful inexpensive fix for my 5 ton dead R22 compressor/condenser unit. I would highly recommend this especially talented technician team and their firm.
We’ve used Bock a couple of times now and they’ve been very quick to respond. The most recent visit, we assumed we would be without a/c with a teething infant and a wife that just had surgery considering our A/C went out over the weekend. The tech gave us a temporary fix over the weekend, but unfortunately it didn’t last. After calling Bock back after the temp repair did not last, they worked very quickly with us and were at our house to replace our air handler within a few hours into Monday morning. We had an incident with a boo-boo with our ceiling caused by the tech, but they were so quick to inform us before we had to find it. The office was also in communication to ensure the techs had made it right, which was exceptional customer service. Everyone has always been very responsive and extremely courteous. We will be a continued customer of Bock.
