We’ve used Shawn twice over the last year and he provided exceptional work each time! He goes above and beyond. We would recommend him to anyone and will certainly call him in the future with any problems!
It worked for less than 24 hours and when I called him on Thursday he said put in another claim and it would at at least Monday before he could come back. Also he only texts he will not talk to you on the phone. Very dissatisfied.
If you are looking for an honest, reliable Heating and Air guy then this is the one. Shawn has worked on our house and rental houses of ours. He is simply fantastic!
Best Air Conditioning company ever
Shawn was super down to earth and also professional. He arrived as quickly as possible once we received power to our home. He got our heat restored in the middle of a snowstorm and we couldn’t be more grateful!
My house seemed to be dropping temperature over 10 degrees every night. I called my home warranty company and they connected me to Shawn. He responded and came over the same day. Turns out my husband and I just didn’t quite understand our heating system so he took the time to explain everything to us and made sure we were prepared for this cold weather we’re about to have. He was incredibly nice and professional and really assured us we would be okay. He also told us to give him a call if anything happens, even during this weather coming up! We will definitely be calling him if anything happens with our AC or heat in the future!
Shawn was great! Nice guy and very cordial. Got right to the issue from my Warranty claim. I would recommend him to anyone who needs heating or air conditioning service!! CHECK HIM OUT!! Very punctual and professional!
Shawn is very professional and takes pride in his work. Have not had good luck with home warranty and he made it a breeze. Definitely will use him in the future.
Shawn was great! Our AC quit Thursday night, we called the warranty company and they said Shawn would be out the next day. Sure enough, he came right when he said he would, diagnosed the problem (fan motor), and had it totally fixed in less than an hour. It’s great to work with really professional, knowledgeable people. I will highly recommend him to everyone!!
This was in response to a home warranty claim. After getting the system running the tech proceeded to RIP and I mean RIP the filter out of the system while running. Our house is currently under renovation and the filter did reflect this. The tearing of the filter in place while running released an abundance of dirt and dust onto our coil. I am sure this is good for it. Once the last parts of the filter were removed I was told I need a new filter and I proceeded to shut down the system. I am not sure if the tech was in a hurry or a bad mood but I would not recommend them to anyone based on my experience.
Our AC went out at 9pm on a Sunday. We put our service request in through our warranty company and Shawn texted us at 7am the next morning in order to set up a time. He was at the house by 3:30 pm the very next day. He was beyond helpful fixing our AC and went above and beyond to answer all the questions I had in regards to general AC up keep as well as the best way to run our AC per seasonal needs. I would recommend Shawn's Heating and Air to anyone in need of fast, honest and reliable service. 5 stars
Our a.c. quit on the hottest day of the year, I put in a service request with my warranty company at 3:30 In the afternoon and he was there the next day before lunch. I know when the temperature rises they get bombarded and he fit us in quick!! He was professional and had us fixed up in about an hour! Would definitely recommend Shawn!
Shawn took an expedited warranty call on a Friday. He then backed out until Monday the following week. Monday comes along, Shawn craw-fishes to Tuesday. Shawn's heating and air will not receive my business. The only recommendation I can give for this business is to call someone else. For a true rating out of five stars, take the total number given and minus one.
