And just like that, Mike's boys did it again! Any time I have a issue with my AC or Heating, I call the office and someone is out super fast! The guys are great- they really take the time to explain whats wrong in terms that I understand and take pride in their work. Oh, and the office staff is super friendly!
They came out and serviced 3 units for us. They were very informative and professional. I would definitely use this company again.

Wow all I can say is thank you. Our A/C went out while temp 116 real feel and called them. At my house in less than an hour and within the hour had my A/C working. Thank you so much
Mike Graham’s Heating and Air Conditioning and Plumbing responded quickly to our estimate request, installed our new HVAC and thermostat within a week, offered comparable estimates (I got estimates from 5 other companies), and were very thorough. They offered and installed everything necessary: a new outside compressor pad, they flushed old coolant, checked our coolant lines for leaks, they checked our existing base for the inside unit and offered to replace it, they replaced portions of the wiring and duct for the new inside unit. Additionally, they registered our unit for the 10 year parts warranty! This company went above and beyond! I am very impressed and pleased with their service. Technician was timely and professional and fixed the problem quickly (plugged AC drain). My only complaint is it appeared that instead of removing the PVC drain line via the connector, he opted to cut a section of the pipe and replace with a simple rubber coupling, that they then charged $76 dollars for the rubber coupling! I'm not convinced it was necessary, but even if the rubber coupling was...$76.61 is comically priced. Very disappointed Edit: Office manager was very helpful and understanding, listened to what I was concerned about and offered me a refund.
It's a bit overpriced but excellent service.
I needed an estimate for my insurance company quickly so that I could replace my gas hot water heater. MGP came through with a valid estimate that I could immediately email my insurance. I appreciated their knowledge & understanding for my predicament. Very professional.
They are very expensive. $90 just to show up, and give a estimate. That's on top of the actual cost.

Great team prompt service. My air conditioner froze completely. Mike Graham’s service technicians were able to come out the same day! They were able to diagnose the problem; and, gave me three options of repair; or the option to get a new unit. I chose to get a new unit. The very next day Donnie, Comfort Consultant, came out took a survey of our home. He took a survey of our home and the very next day provided three conservative quotes. They had everything installed in 2 days. I recommend them for any of your home needs whether it be a/c, Plumming. Etc. Mechel Maddox
The workers were courteous,respected our home,cleaned up when they finished. They were were very professional. There was no surprise cost. They provided exactly what they quoted I would strongly recommend them to any one wanting a great job with a competitive cost.

He was very courteous, friendly, thorough, and did an outstanding job checking out my system.
