The capacitor on our AC stopped working during the heat advisory period. Since this happened on the Sunday before the June 19th holiday and during peak time for AC service calls, we were initially told that the first opening would be Friday. We were surprised and grateful that they were able to work us in on Tuesday, 3 days earlier! The technician who came out, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and had our AC back in working order on Tuesday, 3 days earlier than expected. While at our home, he also inspected to make sure everything else was working well. We are former EcoZapp customers who were at a loss when EcoZapp closed without warning. Superior Air Repair stepped in to take care of former EcoZapp customers.
Highly recommend this company and will use again for any HVAC issues. The technician was professional, friendly and helpful in resolving my issues. The price was very fair.

Made the switch to Superior - had recommendations from friends. Superior came recommended for Trane and I went with them. I had one unit not cooling at all, and the others I though were fine. Ended up with 2 coil leaks - one empty and the other one low. Leaks obvious when they pulled out the old ones. Price for the parts was fair and so was labor and freon. Ran into another issue with a breaker on one unit and fixed same day....then on a Sunday 2 days later one of the units went out again. Capacitor blew - probably due to the electrical issues with the unit a few days earlier. Out at house with parts and replacement in 2 hours for a very fair price. I am a continuing customer for sure. Great service, polite all the way around, and responsive to my request. - Follow up - still happy 2 years in with the service, responsiveness and the technicians.
Technician was very thorough. During the last inspection he made a recommendation about the drain. I forgot. He reminded me this time. I agree I should have done it and will try to get it done before the October inspection. Again, Superior Air did superior service.
Roger V was out yesterday for my Spring Preventative Maintenance. He was very polite and helpful! He explained (was very thorough) how my HVAC system works!! I finally know how to work this system after purchasing from another company 5 yrs ago that didn’t explain the unit!
Overall system check up was performed. I was very satisfied with the progress of the service and the service technician was extremely helpful and explaining and going over everything with me and advised me that my system was in great shape.
The blower motor for our HVAC system went bad several weeks ago during some humid 80+ degree weather. Superior was out quickly to diagnose the issue and the service manager went above and beyond for us and spent days on the phone trying to get parts when none were to be found in the United States. The office staff is kind and professional and the technicians are courteous and knowledgeable. We have used Superior for five years now and will continue to do so!!!
Very pleasant gentemen. Went over any issues and patiently answered all my questions knowing I was new to having a gas furnace. Highly recommended!

1 and 1/2 years ago, we had flooring work done which resulted in lots of dust. After we had another company clean the interior of the house, we had this company come repair the plenum and clean our HVAC system, including the duct work. We kept getting lots of dust throughout the house and discoloration around the closest vent to the HVAC unit in the attic. I finally called another company and they found lots of dust in the ducts, much more than should have accumulated in that time frame. I won't use this company again.
Superior is the best group in the Brazos Valley IMO for all residential A/C service, maintenance, and install. We have used them for all our homes and they are always quick to send service techs out (even after hours) and very easy to work with.

This is the second time i have used Superior. Each time they were on time, very professional, explained what they were doing and fixed the problem the first time. Will be a repeat customer.
