Alex came over on Friday afternoon to fix our air conditioner in this heat, when the soonest I could get anyone else was Monday. We are senior citizens and it would have been a very long weekend if they had not come to help. He fit us in between other calls just so we wouldn't have to suffer in this heat and we appreciate that. Thank you so much.
Alex did a great job of explaining what was wrong with the air conditioner unit and the options to remedy the situation. They were responsive and very professional.

What a great experience I had with Central Air & Appliance Service! It was in the hottest summer of 2022 when my neighbor’s son (the rest of the family was on vacation across the world) complained that their A/C unit stopped working for 3 days already. I called Alex (as recommended by a friend) that morning and he was able to squeeze me in his hectic schedule. He came on that same day, diagnosed the problem, and explained what happened and what to do to fix the issue. Alex came back the ff day, fixed everything, and everyone was happy! He’s nice and respectful. Highly recommended!

I have used this service for many years. They are dependable and honest. They arrive on time and provide excellent service. This past summer my unit went out. If you live in south Texas, you will remember how very hot it was and there was no rain. I was so very grateful for the employees of Central Texas Air. I know nothing about these systems, and told them. They explained the differences in a 3 vs 4 ton and the size needed for the house of my size. They quickly got the new system in and installed. They also told me about the City of College Station rebate program. I looked into the program, submitted the documents, and received the rebate. I highly recommend this company.
Arrived on appointed time. Professionally able to troubleshoot the leak at outside unit with estimated repair cost. Fixed the issue and tested within an hour or so. We are satisfied with the professional and quality service provided.
This company showed up at the perfect time before another Cold Blast! They were able to fix many things, where several other companies wanted to sell an expensive unit. To top it all off, they provided us with an amazing deal on the machines, parts, labor, and heavy equipment required to install. What an Amazing Blessing for the residents of AdarHealthcare!

Alex and his team at Central Air are simply fantastic. They are professional, kind, and reasonably priced. My wife and I are very glad we used them to install our new HVAC system when we purchased our home. Alex has even come out to check on a small issue we had unrelated to his work, and didn’t charge for the visit. We will certainly use him again!

We have known Mr.Alex Lopez for years and trust me when I say, he is a true professional and knows his job extremely well and probably the best technician in this area and the surroundings. I would even vouch for as one of the best in Texas! We first received a recommendation to use his services when my dad had AC trouble at their new home years ago. He is an engineer himself and met with several companies to diagnose an issue he had with the system. No one was able to find a correct solution until Mr.Lopez came and was able to find the problem area and also save him money. My dad told me he found the best tech in our area and to only trust him. My dad is “very” picky and I knew he found the right company for all appliance repair. We have since always called Mr.Lopez for all of our appliance issues and needs. I have called him for our homes and businesses. He is extremely punctual and always responds back in timely fashion. Mr. Lopez will break everything down and explain what is going on and what he needs to do to fix it. We recently moved to a new home and had an issue with our heater during the severe winter storm of 2021. We called a few available companies that were able to come out at that moment to diagnose the issue. The first company misdiagnosed and then told us we had to replace our entire furnace which would of cost a couple thousand dollars. Mr.Lopez came and he did a thorough check and gave us a totally different diagnosis. We of course, decided to work with Mr.Lopez. He explained what was going on and we feel he “really” knows his business. He is the “only” tech we trust. If you want to get your appliances repaired the right way, call Mr.Lopez. He will save you time and have your appliances working back to optimal level. He is a trustworthy person with great character. You will not be disappointed.

Great experience! Alex got our old AC running again while we awaited parts to have our new system installed, in the heat of July this was so appreciated! Highly recommend!
Mr. Alex helped us repair our AC unit on the same day it broke down. He took the time to explain to us the issues we had with our unit, procured the new equipment and installed it all within 5 days and at a fair price. He called and texted with updates and even checked on us on a Sunday to make sure everything was running smoothly. We are very satisfied with this company and will keep doing business with them in the future.
My AC went out last night approximately at 2:00am. So I went out and grabbed my old AC unit and hooked it up in the window and started to look for someone to work on my home AC unit. After looking at reviews I settled here because of the reviews that I read. At first I wondered if it wasn't true Because this company had no bad reviews I mean everybody does right? After reading the reviews I realized that they were real people who had said that he had done a wonderful job. My situation was no different I called him and another two hours he had me fixed. By the way this is also on a weekend. When I called him I expected to wait until Monday or later. After talking to him he was able to take care of me right then and he did a superb job. He was respectful of me and my home he was respectful of my belongings and he was a pleasure to be around. I will most definitely use them in the future and I am recommending everyone use him. It is obvious that he cares about his work and his customers. I cannot give him five stars without saying how much I appreciate what he has done and how he was taken care of us. Five stars five stars five stars five stars. Did I mention he did a great job because he did.
Alex and assistant came promptly on a holiday. They were very competent, professional, and friendly. They identified and fixed the problem right away at a reasonable price. I will use them from now on.
