I have used this company several times, and they are always on time and very professional.
Scott came out identifying the source of problem went to work right away was professionally courteous and seemed to be a good happy person taking pride in his work and service. Definitely recommend.
I went to 2 other plumbers They wanted to charge $700 for the first hour and $350 for each hour after for leak detection The guys with Holman came out and knew right away what the issue was and took care of it for $300
We had a blockage from a shifted pipe discovered on a Saturday, preventing us from using the toilets. The first two companies I tried wouldn't be able to come until Monday, but Holman's was able to come out within the hour. The job ended up being more involved than expected, but the crew was fantastic and professional and got us running until it could be fully fixed during the week. The only issue I had was that the second crew finished the job and left without knocking on my door, so I wasn't sure how to pay; I recently got an invoice by email. I thought the prices were fair and the work well done.
I have used them before for rental units, had no issues. But this time I have had nothing but bad luck with them. My tenant texted me before Thanksgiving that the shower handle had broken off. Since they were going to be out of town I arranged for Holman's to look at it Monday after Thanksgiving weekend. They came out and looked at it. 2 days later I had to call them to find out what was going on, they told me the shower control was old and parts no longer available and that the plumber was going to get with the operations manager to see how to proceed. From that point forward I had to call and was told each time that someone will call me back. It is now the 9th and they have made one attempt to call me. I could not answer the phone at the time. When i did call them back I was told they will call you and to check back Monday morning. Their customer service is poor. I will find another company to resolve the issue.
I have used Holman's for several years at my business and at my home. They always respond promptly, They just finished a job repairing two leaks at my house, and did the plumbing on a bathroom remodel last fall. I am always pleased with the work they do, the communication is exceptional and the employee's have been knoweldgeable and respectful.
Holman’s Quality Plumbing does exactly what their name suggests. We recently had a backup in our home and while we got a multiple bids to fix the issue, Holman’s was the only company who was interested in actually fixing our problem. They were relentless in trying to figure out the issue which took almost two weeks. Not only were they considerate, kind, and informative, but they also figured out the problem and fixed it all. I can’t say it was cheap but their work is quality. You get what you pay for, as they say. Thank you for your help in getting our plumbing issues addressed. Highly recommend. Will be using them for any and all plumbing matters moving forward.
Scott, Orlando and Noah were professional. Orlando nailed the location of our leak within 30 seconds of arriving at our home. Top notch staff! Great service and very quick. Will use them again.

I would not recommend and unfortunately we are still having issues and need repairs. I am 6 months pregnant and met with the “plumber” when he came because my husband was at work. We needed faucets fixed in both our bathroom showers. He looked at both and said he needed to run and pick up a part and would need to order the other. He came back 30 minutes later and said he fixed one (the one he went to get the part for) by just jiggling the handle and would need to come back in two weeks to fix the other when the part comes in. We paid $115 and have never heard from them again. That $115 was evidently so they could jiggle my handle. Called the office and was told someone would get back to me. Honestly I get emotional even writing this because both faucets are still leaking and I have told my husband I cannot stand to have someone come back into our home and take advantage of us. I would love a recommendation of a plumber that is honest and can get the job done.
Jorge and Caleb showed up on time and were so nice and professional!! We had a nightmare of a plumbing issue that left us without toilets or showers/tubs for 2 days due to another company. After explaining what was happening and what the other company did Jorge and Caleb assessed the situation and made a plan. Within the first 10 minutes they found the problem and started the repair process immediately. Not only did they fix the problem they also explained where the issue was, what they were doing and why. Not to mention Caleb gave my husband pointers on how to correctly put something back he took off the tub that he shouldn’t have. With this being said, we really just wanted to express our appreciation of these two men and the company they work for, for getting the job done quickly and professionally. Tonight we are great full we can take showers and use the restroom in our own home!! Thank you.
I had a great experience with Holman's Plumbing. Although the first plumber they sent out wasn't able to figure out the problem (faulty shower valve), they sent out a new one a few days later, and Orlando did a great job. They applied what I paid the first time ($100) toward my new bill, which I thought was very fair. I will use them in the future; great work!
Be careful. Holeman installed a toilet for me at the end of March 2021, and 5 months later I have a hissing sound coming from the tank; they wanted $115 just to come out and diagnose the problem. Yes, a 5-month-old toilet, and this did not include parts for the repair. When I called other plumbers, they asked if I spoke with the plumber that installed it and to "check, it might be under warranty, or "they can at least help you out for little to no charge." Wrong on both counts. Before installing this toilet, my last one lasted 10 years with no problems. I get it, things happen, and had I damaged the toilet in some way, I would be responsible for the repairs, rightly so, but 5 months for a valve (guessing) or tank issue? Their intention may not be to provide questionable customer service or appear recklessly greedy, but it doesn't feel right. Shop around. Cannot recommend.

We were doing a DIY toilet valve replacement, when things got"complicated." We called Holman's, and Sam and Hank arrived within an hour. They fixed things up right away. We really appreciated the quick response. This is a wonderful business, and will definitely be on our speed dial.

I used Holman's Quality Plumbing for the first time right after the big freeze to fix a burst pipe. I greatly appreciated the fact that, even though they were very busy, they called me right back to set up an appointment. The plumber came to my house after hours with no extra fee. Subsequently, there was another problem in July. The worker determined that the initial repair was faulty and the cause of the leak. He fixed it with no charge to me. Of course it is best to have the initial repair done and no further problems, but my point is this: this is an honest company that will take responsibility for any problems. I highly recommend them.
Thanks to Gerald at Holman's Quality Plumbing, L.P. for solving all my annoying plumbing problems today & being a really nice guy! I highly recommend Holman's, since this is the 2nd time they've sent great people to my house, who took care of my issues, were nice, & were reasonably priced!!!
I have several rental properties in the BCS area, however, I used Holman's Quality Plumbing at my fathers house thru a home warranty company. I would never Use HQP ever again, for family or for my rental properties. First, let me say that the Ladies in the office (Bri and Kristine) I spoke with are very professional and very nice. They took my daily calls and my frustrated voice and were always very nice to me. Any company would be so lucky to have them.... I can NOT say the same for their Operations manager Hank.... This started back in the beginning of March 2021, the work was just finished yesterday May 18th 2021.....I lucked out since they don't do restoration of gravel on the drive way so Luckily I no longer have to deal with HQP. Hank constantly lied to me... He would say he would call me back and he wouldn't. He said he would show up at certain day/time and he wouldn't. He switched to saying things would happen on a certain week and it didn't. I coordinated work between Him and the city so there would be no sewer outage.....He DID NOT show up for 2 more days while we had not sewer connection... And this is work we planned out to insure this outage would NOT happen..... I can't begin to describe how I feel about people and companies that continuously lie, don't show up, and then blame others for their short fallings. To be honest, I am very surprised this company is still in business. Reading some of the comments about this company on here (and Hank), sounds like it wasn't the first time this no communication has happened... and probably won't be the last. If you value simple communication and accountability, DO NOT USE this company. Save yourself the stress and hire someone else.
