Contracted with Fidelity National Home Warranty (that's another joke) after purchasing our home. Seems most real estate agents push this company on you, don't offer any other options. Our AC went down on 07/12 we contacted the warranty company who stated we would be contacted by the AC company, never heard from them, called them 3 times left detailed messages and never received a call back. Contacted the warranty company on 07/14 and they kept me on hold while calling the AC company and they answered the phone for them advising we would be contacted within the hour ... it's now 07/18 and we still have not heard from them. We have another home warranty with FNHW in California and have the same issue with their contracted vendors. Seems they are "overwhelmed" with work and can't keep up with clients filing claims through the warranty company. Buyer beware.
After using many local repair companies this is my new go to. They care about their customers, will come same day do you don’t have to be without AC overnight. When they couldn’t fix it they brought us potable AC units. That is just one example of the many ways this company goes above and beyond. Also very professional, honest and trustworthy. I can’t remember a time I’ve liked a company this much.
Very professional service. Technicians are knowledgeable, timely, and professional. They do not make recommendations for work unless it is actually needed. The owner has even worked on our AC units in the past. He is kind and professional. You can tell his professionalism has rubbed off on his employees. These folks care about their customers.
Non-responsive. Been without AC in this Texas heat since Thursday. Service company assign our work order to them and they will not respond (trying to get the service company to reassign but they said they can’t until this group responds since they came out on Friday and did not provide any report)— the children and dog has been overheating. They claim they are 24 hours and take emergency calls but it’s obvious they do not and I am not sure what they consider an emergency?
Completed bandaid job- not repaired and been calling them since this morning and absolutely no response.
