Had the Fan motor go out on the air handler in the attic. Could not get a new fan motor for two weeks from the factor but Thermacon kept looking until they found a new fan motor else were. Hats off to you and thank you so much for all your service. The service Tech. was very good at his job and a very responsible person. Will be using Thermacon in the future for all my air condition and heating needs, Thanks again!

I had a fan motor that was continuously running.I called to set up a repair time and Derrick responded within 2 hours of me calling. This young man was very respectful and professional and diagnosed my problem quickly. The warranty was out on my part by a few days and he was able to have the company honor the warranty. Parts had to be ordered and they came in promptly and Derrick returned to finish the repair. He is a fine young man and an excellent repairman who works for a great company. Thermacon sells a great product with Lennox and they stand behind the work and the product. I am very happy with them.
One of their drivers almost ran my elderly, disabled mom who just got out of the hospital off the road as they were speeding and all kinds of junk flew out of their truck. I called the office to let them know but I doubt if anyone did anything!
Thermacon did a superior job at My Mother house. Kevin and his team was very professional from the start . The group was very clean and efficient. Kevin and is group was very knowledgeable and polite. I am so glad there are still companies like Thermacon that take pride in what they do.
We purchased our AC from Thermacon earlier this year and was recently contacted for our bi-annual service. Derrick came out and provided excellent customer service by ensuring and even contacting Lennox on my behalf to make sure that my the Lennox app and my thermostat worked correctly. He went well above and beyond to ensure I am able to use all of the capabilities we had paid for. I would highly recommend Thermacon based on this experience. Thank you
Kye was my technician and he was phenomenal. Kye approach was very inviting, he greeted my husband and I with a friendly smile and a good altitude. Kye got on the ground running. Kye didn’t miss a beat, he checked everything. Kye checked the downstairs unit and the upstairs unit. Kye was very descriptive when he explain to us what the problem was and he explained it in a way to where a child could understand it. Kye was quick, and he possessed a high energy level. Kye fixed the problem speedily. Kye is a technician that have perfected. Thermacon you’re number 1. Keep up the good work. Thermacon you really know how to pick your people. People if your AC unit need service let your first choice and last choice be Thermacon.
I called Thermacon after the company I had a service contract with couldn’t find a blower motor and left me hanging for 5 days in June with no A/C. Denis, the service manager, was responsive and really went the extra mile—he took ownership of the issue. He tried his best to get someone out to me the same day. I knew that was a longshot, but I appreciated the effort. When there was a hiccup getting a blower motor out of Houston the next day, he made it happen. He set the tech, Philip, to pick it up and drive it directly to my house to install it. A little more than 24 hours after my initial contact, they had my air conditioner repaired. Everybody I dealt with delivered great customer service. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

You’d be a fool to not use Thermacon! Erick is EXCELLENT is breaking down what the problem is, why the problem is happening, and how we can solve the problem. My family is better off today because he went above and beyond with empowering me with knowledge to make the best decision for our HVAC needs. You guys can have all my money 😂😂
UPDATE: Dennis from Thermacon was able to look into this issue and resolve the problem in a prompt manner and apologized for previous conversations and inconveniences. Called this company out to check out an AC and why it wasn't cooling at a rental property. The Tech sent out claimed to have replaced the capacitor and said he would call me back the next day for a motor replacement. I never recieved a call and when I called the tenants to see how the AC fared through the night I was notified that they didn't believe the termacon tech replaced anything and was only there for around 15min. After hearing two different stories, I called another HVAC professional to look at the unit and send me pictures. The capacitor on the unit was dated 2017 and clearly not new. I called thermacon regarding this issue and did not get a resolution.
I just wanted to give a special thank you to Rhett, of Thermacon. Rhett was the technician that came to my house yesterday for the yearly heater maintenance. He was punctual, friendly and extremely professional; in my opinion, Rhett is a perfect example of a five star employee. 04-08-2022 I wanted to thank Denis, Kevin, Phillip and Layne for helping me replace my air handler today. I'm happy with the work, and I appreciate the service.

My service technician is named Rhett. He is almost always the person that handles calls for service at my residence. Rhett always fully answers any questions or concerns that I may have, and believe me, I ask a lot of questions. Rhett is very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He not only does a very thorough job but takes great care in cleanup afterwards. He does things for me that he does not even have to do, like hand washing filter covers outside. I think if I needed him to help carry griceries in the house, he would do it. I am very happy with Thermacon. They respond quickly when called and do excellent work. I would highly recommend them for any ac or heating needs.
Rhett came out and was on time for my appointment. He was very professional and explained everything he did for me. I would highly recommend them. I have relied on them for the past ten years.
Have used Thermacon multiple times over the past few years. They normally have very prompt response and are professional in their service. Erik came out today for a scheduled inspection and did a good job explaining the system operation and answered some questions I had. Inspected and cleaned the system.
I appreciate Erich taking time during the winter check up to explain functions of the thermostat & system. When I told him the heating system didn’t seem to be as efficient as the cooling, he made an adjustment to the system, and I could feel a difference in the air coming through the vents. Great system & always great service.
Rhett is very professional. I felt very comfortable with him in my home. He took the time to explain things in a simple way for me to understand. He’s very knowledgeable on his job and I’m very very happy with Rhett’s expertise. I will continue to use Thermacon!
Love the service Thermacon provides! This company takes care of its customers with prompt, professional service. We have used them for a few years now and have been very satisfied. Today Rhett came out to replace the diffuser motor in our heating system. He was very professional, right on time, and had the work done in a little over an hour. He also gave us advice on installing a carbon monoxide detector, as our heating system is getting older, and changed the batteries in our existing smoke alarms! Thank you, Rhett, for going above and beyond the work order. Your concern for our safety is much appreciated!
