A fair price for a job well done. I can do without many things but in southeast Texas A/C is a must! The technician, Darren, was very professional!
They showed up quick. They were very professional and efficient in what they had to do. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing AC work. And with the price increases across the board I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to keep the cost down for me. Thanks Josh and crew !
We love this company. Josh gives Excellent service and his technicians who are also awesome are always there when we need them. They are above and beyond all others. New A/C unit installed. The installation crew worked in 115+ deg. heat in the crawl space above the second floor. Wow! I was impressed at the level of professionalism and tenacity shown to finish the job right. And they did so with NO MESS and a clear explanation of the tasks completed. This morning, the upstairs had cooled from 96 deg. last night to 75 deg. Special thanks to Josh and Joey. You did exactly what you promised, and in record time under extreme circumstances. I highly recommend using your company! Today Medrick came out to replace one part that had a small defect. It was replaced and the system is now cooling quietly in 30 minutes. Professional, on time and no mess.Thank you, Medrick!

My ac was not working and I was looking for someone local that wouldn't charge an outrageous amount of money! Not only did I find someone local but also found professional, quick, and absolutely reliable! Would definitely recommend Universal Climate Control to anyone!
