My sister and brother-in-law bought a new central a/c unit from this company last August and this company then refused to service/repair/replace it when it failed last week.
Highly recommend.
New to the area and new to heat pumps. Called Royal and Mark came out. Trouble shot the problem and walked me through the system and its operation. I thought the price was very reasonable and a good value. I would recommend him to anyone who has a hvac problem.
The right company to get a/c work done. Professional results done right
A man named Paul had me serve him coffee in my home, met my kids and animals. Proceeded to show me the AC unit needed to be replaced, which I have a home warranty and expected them to pick up most of the tab. He asked me if I wanted to add UltraViolet lights to help keep the mold away from the new unit. He turned around and put on contract that we were updating the whole unit which my Home warranty wouldn’t cover any of it. I signed trusting that he was being honest, he wasn’t. I’ve got 2 kids in college and a 10k debt to pay off, because I signed a contract. I went round & round with American Home Warranty who sent Royal Air to my home, they backed them and wouldn’t pay a dime towards my new unit. Plus sent me a bill for $75 show up fee! I have asked God to punish Paul because there is nothing I can do. Repeated calls and not one response. I was lied to and taken advantage of, I will never forgive this man for what he did to my family! Horrible sneaky liar because he wanted to commission off of me. I do not recommend this shady company. Nor do I recommend American Home Warranty, as they didn’t have my back.
My ac went out Sunday evening I called Monday morning and had air by afternoon. Thank you so much. Reasonal and efficient.
Two other a/c guys said I needed a new unit and mine couldn't be fixed. Royal air fixed it. Thanks
I was visiting family from out of town and called Royal Air to come out for a repair. Mark (who is also the owner) came out quick. It ended up being a simple fix. We were thankful he was honest because he could have lied and charged us a lot more and we would have never known. Thanks
