Ty Reed Services for your great service. Adam for the great installation and Blaine for the very positive, kind, and reassuring attitude. He never made us feel we were consuming his time even though he was here until 800 last night. He worked hard and continuously until the work was done.
Blaine fixed our zoning system up quickly and efficiently. Great work!
UPDATE: My issue was taken care of by a wonderful person named Sara. She sent a manager out with a replacement hose. The company did the right thing and apologized for the actions of the gentleman who caused my complaint. I plan to call Reed when I need ac work(far in the future, I hope.). First off, I was not a customer and cannot comment on the quality of their work, though my neighbor, who was the customer seemed to be satisfied. What I do not appreciate is how they damaged my waterhose, used the same Ace Hardware branded aluminum tape to "fix" it that they used on my neighbor's indoor duct. Didn't tell my neighbor, didn't leave a note on my door, just drove off like nothing happened.

I have had the best experience ever working with REED A/C Services. From the initial call to the end of service they were spot on. Jeff and his crew made this experience great. He put in a lot of work to make sure we got the best of everything including price. Jeff went far and beyond what I could have ever expected by reaching out to the A/C Manufacturing company and discovered that one piece that needed repair was still under warranty, which helped tremendously with the price. I prayed to God for a good company and he answered my prayers
Wayne was fast, friendly, and informative! The price was good, but I will always call Reed because the service is only as good as the technician and my technician was awesome! Update: 1 year later and time to upgrade the entire system. Jeff gave me a great price, explained every step of the process, and got me fixed up quick. Thanks again guys!

We purchased a new commercial unit for our church. Their bid saved us about 20% over our previous vendor. They installed the equipment on the next business day. The installation crew were very professional and courteous. They have won our loyalty. Ask for Jeff Ridley in sales. He will take really good care of you.
I wish I could give 6 stars! I couldn't be more pleased with the service and professionalism. From follow-up calls to replacing a 21 year old unit in 1 day. They were here before we opened and flat out got the job done!

Anthony Turner was the name of the tech that came to my house. He was the nicest tech I have ever dealt with. He was not only competent He was very friendly. I had the privilege of working with Jeff Ridley at Reed. As a metal building vendor, I placed an order for a Daikin 2-ton mini-split with him over a year ago. My customer ended up having severe delays. Jeff never complained, and held my price firm. They were just able to complete installation, and it's perfect. They met my electrician on-site for a field check before installation as well. I am looking forward to continuing to partner with Jeff and Reed Service in the future!

Reed Air Conditioning Company has been serving my family with excellent service for two generations. For more than forty years we have been faithful customers. I can describe their service as being trustworthy, professional, top-notch, dependable, and knowledgeable in what they do. They come to our home regularly to check our unit, and change our filter as needed. The service men that comes to our home are always respectful and polite, which is an important attribute to us since we are seniors. Much of this first-class service is due to their Comfort Consultant Specialist Jeff Ridley. A young man and proud veteran whose hard work we have learn to appreciate. Two years ago we bought a new home which came with American Home Shield. The unit didn’t last and went out during the hot summer heat. We fought with American Home Shield for two sweltering hot weeks with no help. We called Jeff on a Friday, he was at our home in one hour and installed a new unit the next day on a Saturday. Thank you Jeff, your immaculate work does not go unnoticed. If you are looking for an air condition company to do business with, look no further. I highly recommend Reed for all of your air condition needs. I give this company five stars with no reservations. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Me and my husbands ac had stopped working. It was 92 degrees in our home. We have 2 dogs, one with congestive heart failure, so we started calling around trying to get someone out to help us. Being that it was a Sunday we didn't think we would get anyone who wouldn't charge an arm and a leg. Finally we called Reed Service Company. They quoted us a decent price for coming out and they fixed it in under an hour. Great service, great price! I did not meet the man who fixed our ac yesterday as I was in a room with my dogs trying to keep them as cool as I could, but I'd like him to know he was my hero yesterday! And I thank him so much for helping us out. So many companies we called made excuses not to come out because they were thinking it was gonna be something they wouldn't have a part to till monday. They wouldn't even try. But this man from Reeds did, and I thank him so much for that. You guys are the best!!! We will certainly use you again if needed!!
My experience with Reed far exceeded my expectations. From my initial meeting with their sales representative, Jeff to the installation by Brian, Danny and Taylor I have nothing but good things to say. All four seemed to be extremely knowledgeable and additionally were personable and friendly. They showed full respect to not only my wife and me they also showed respect to my property. Reed replaced an obsolete unit that was no longer viable with a new, more efficient unit priced very competitively. Arrived on time, performed installation with great workmanship and left area clean. Will definitely use them again with our other HVAC units when they need replacement.
