Good service and they always pick up the phone. Asked to call me when the parts come in and they did while most never do and I have to constantly follow up.
I would find another HVAC supplier for your needs if possible. There is a culture problem here, and it starts with the manager, Johnny. Used to be an excellent store before Johnny started running things. Been downhill ever since.

This is open to the public but I didnt feel like I was welcome. This store is more for the contractors, this is one of the very few stores that carry Lennox ac parts
