I had a problem April 19th Sunday afternoon, they came within 30 minutes , very professional attitude by Mike, and had me up and running within the hour. i highly suggest this company. i will be a customer for ever now
Don’t understand why the negative reviews. I have been using them since 2014 and have had nothing but professional service. Jacob just took care of us when our AC died last night. We were back up and running before noon.
I'm trying to get AC in my metal building. These people are hard to deal with on the phone, and they stood me up for an appointment to come out and look at my building 5 days ago. They didn't phone me or anything and still haven't.

moved in home air system was completely out. shopped around and decided to use Triangle Air Inc. Purchased new unit including new air handler. After install Master bed room did not blow as good as other rooms. i asked the installers about it and was told every thing checked out. After some time time {45 days after install} i called to let them know about same issue again. i was told someone will come look at it, he did. he checked air flow with a temp gauge and said this room will not blow like the others because its too far down the duck work. The original installers could of done this, but didn't. Cost me $95 additional dollars for diagnostic fee that i wasn't told about until after the fact of tech telling me what should of been told by installers. However the company just informed me that I WILL BE THE LAST customer that gets jammed by this diagnostic fee with out knowing FIRST. They will now let any customer calling in AWARE of the fee and how much PRIOR to coming the residents.
AC went out on Friday afternoon the technician came out and had us up and running in less than hour.
