Roy A. came out to assist us with information on our options because our AC was not cooling. He was courteous, professional, and informative. He answered all of our questions with professionalism and concern. He answered every question even after the initial visit. We made an appointment on a Friday and Roy completed the necessary information. Everything is set to get the new AC unit for Monday! We are excited because he explained about the company's guarantee on service, parts, and labor. He gave us comfort in our choice we made. I highly recommend Efficient Systems and Roy was absolutely awesome!

I personally want to thank Jon for having to come out to my house 4x in 1week due to a brand new ac unit I have, that was not cheap. He also called me on his own time off to check and make sure everything was going smoothly. I personally on want him to work on my ac unit. I have also spoken with general mangers when I was was not happy and they are going above to make sure I'm taking care of.
Mark arrived swiftly and with professionalism. He explained the yearly plan extensively while providing friendly and expert service. Having employees like Mark really exemplifies that I made the right choice when selecting an AC company. Will highly recommend.
They showed up on time, went through my system and replaced a worn contact. They thoroughly examined my outside unit and upstairs handler. All was done timely.

Mark P. was very knowledgeable and handled himself very professionally. He greeted us with a smile and made us fell that he cared that our AC systems worked correctly and efficiently. He explained what he was going to do before he started and explained what he found when he was finished. We would certainly want him to do our next maintenance check.
Beau was very good and a not so good situation - A/C out in SETX in July!!! He notified us he could arrive early and had our A/C working within 2 hours. He explained everything and made sure we understood the options.

Mike Holbrook came out to check on a noise that I was hearing from our unit. He was very polite and knowledgeable about finding the source of the noise. He took care of it and explained things to me. It eased my mind. He gave me his business card for if anything else comes up. The unit has saved us money on our electricity bill. It held up wonderfully during this past high temperatures we have had. A whole lot better than our old unit.
Been customers for almost 32 years now. When I've needed help Efficient Systems has always come through. Wes Basham is my "go to" guy! He is very personable and professional at all levels. Job well done, Wes! You are appreciated!
I called Efficient Systems to get set up an appt for a bid to install an ac/heating unit(2/21/23), they set me up with a next day appointment! Ryan called first thing this morning (2/22/23) to let us know he was on his way, he arrived 15 mins later, was very professional, took his time to explain everything to my father (who has hearing difficulties) and even got us an appt to have the unit installed tomorrow(2/23/23) I would definitely recommend this company and Ryan B to anyone looking for a reliable ac company! Update 2/23/23 Bryson J and his crew called this morning to make sure it was ok for them to be here 45 mins early, of course we said yes! They showed up and did an amazing job. They had everything ripped out, the new system installed and the mess cleaned up in a few hours. All of the guys were so sweet, very polite and very professional. Thank Y’all for the great work!
Wes did a great job of providing two separate repair services to our AC units in the past week. Very knowledgeable and communicates well with the customer.

Our technician was terrific. He inspected and serviced our 3 ton Lennox unit like it was his own. Preventive maintenance was outstanding. I recommend this technician for accolades and advancement. Please send this man to our home again. Richard Burns
