This guy that answered the phone had a attitude out this world and was not very helpful I do not recommend
I was really impressed and satisfied with the service from these guys. Install of my new indoor and outdoor unit, some duct work and thermostat was quick. They came out quick and got it done quick. Very professional and good guys. I would recommend them to everyone.

This company is one of the most unprofessional companies in the Golden triangle. They send their guys out with no name tags, and most of the time they look like someone who just came off of the street. They don't fix the issue with your a/C just remedy it and their guys will charge you way too much for the little time they spend placing a bandaid on something they know is a much bigger issue. They appear to be in the business of maintenance not complete repairs. I look forward to the day the golden triangle gets a competitor that has INTEGRITY and PROFESSIONALISM. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU ABOUT WHAT'S REALLY GOING ON WITH YOUR A/C! I KNOW BECAUSE I GOT A SECOND OPINION ON MINES. THIS BUSINESS IS THE Worst! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS LOUSY SERVICE.
Cobb refuses to give their name over the phone, and they refuse to provide a time for when they will arrive. I believe they treat you differently when you are a tenant instead of a homeowner. Cobb knows they can get away with treating you without respect. I wish my landlord did not do business with them since Cobb knows they can get away with treating people like this.
I couldn’t ask for any better service! When I called it in the owner answered and was very professional. I explained our problem and he knew exactly what needed to be done. Fritz came and fixed our AC. He was able to explain to us exactly what was wrong with it and how he fixed it. I will definitely use them every time. I like to request Fritz. I recommend people to give them a try.
Cobb Air Conditioning was able to come out two hours after I placed call. Technician was prompt and professional. I will definitely use Cobb for my future a/c needs as well as refer them to my family and friends.

Great!!! I can't say enough about the professionalism of Howard Gafford!!! He replaced my whole A.C. System in 2004. A couple of minor issues over all these years, still going strong! Overall, very good!!!
He has bad employees when my husband worked for them, they lied about my husband and fired my husband for no reason the other employees would leave my husband at jobsites and leave for hrs. And when my husband told the boss what was happening the other employees got mad and lied to the boss to get back at my husband.
These guys are the best. Thanks to Derek for getting my unit checked on his way to another job. That's good management!
