Gave a estimate and I'm not looking forward to having this central ac unit replaced. Everything is really expensive these days!

WARNING!!! By far the worst company I have ever done business with. They are scam artist that try everything they can to have to come out over and over and charge. Every local HVAC company that I talk to does not even want to come out after they have been there. American Home Shield will try to send them out but tell them no! YOU WILL REGRET IT. I did everything I could to see any good in this company and there is absolutely nothing other than a few nice techs. Even the techs said A-US air is not a good company!
Highly recommended! Had an entire new HVAC system install and they worked with me from beginning to end and did a great job. Extra shout out to Jade Davila for his awesome customer service, quoting me excellent pricing thats waaaay better than other competitive places and always being available when needed! Darren came out today after our outside unit went out last night. He was actually earlier than expected (a BIG plus), replaced our capacitor (?), measured the freon, went in the attic to check the system, and was done all within an hour. He was extremely professional and efficient. Our house is pleasantly cool again! Would recommend 1000 times.
I requested a preventative maintenance check. The technician arrived on time as scheduled and quickly and professionally checked my A/C. Great job and great customer service! Thanks American Air Systems!
American air systems way to go! Phillip and Justin delivered my Generac Generator this morning and they were very professional and made sure I was satisfied their job. Great team work! Philip and Justin provided excellent customer service. Also, I received a call from Jay to make sure that I was informed of any changes needed while setting the unit on the pad. Jamie, thank you for answering all my questions Great job guys, looking forward to complete installation of the generator.

All i can say is if EVERY COMPANY in America was run THIS well, we'd TRULY be a Superpower! I always feel so reassured if my A/C went on the fritz, there is the MOST reliable company "standing by" to help out in anyway they could... Lee, John, Jaime just to name a few, the MOST pleasant ppl to deal with providing the best customer service/pricing/dependability one could EVER ask for. Ty so much American Air Systems!
American Air is an awesome company, I would like to thank Lee , Tammie & their crew, the electrical tech, Alto and Seth from permium plummer and Cash who can out to start up our generator. Lee kept his word, he answer every question that we ask about the product and the timeline for installation of our generator. We've had great customer service from American Air Systems. Money well spent!!!!!
