Great people to deal with!! Explanations of various types of equipment and the way everything works was very thorough. Couldn’t have been happier with the way everything was handled from the very beginning, from estimate to the follow-up visit after the new system was installed. I would highly recommend Wilson’s to anyone who needed all things HVAC related!!
These guys were amazing! When I first called Nicole was on the line with another customer and text me saying could she call me right back, that right there was amazing in itself. And she called me back and said she would have someone there between one and four he was there within an hour fix the problem and didn’t take me to the cleaners! so grateful.🙏 if you want a company you can trust call these guys. My unit is so old they certainly could’ve tried to sell me on a new one but didn’t.thank you Jason & Nicole.
Wilson's Heating & Air is a top notch business. A/C stopped cooling Sunday night. And by Monday morning we were cool again. Quick, professional and quality work. Couldn't have ask for more. I would highly recommend them.
Talk about service, we were on vacation and our parents were house sitting. They called Sunday night and said it was getting hot in the house. We made a llate night call to Wilson's and by 8am the next morning, they had us up and running again. Thank you, for the incredible service.
Wilson’s Heating and Air Conditioning installed a complete new system in our home. We love it and can highly recommend Wison’s. Steven and his wife Nicole make a great team! I was totally impressed with the quality of products and work performed as well as communication in keeping us informed.
I can’t say enough good things about Wilson’s. I called them at 4:30am and left a message. Steven returned my call at 7:15am and (Barry) the technician was at the house by 8:30am. He diagnosed the problem and tried a cheaper fix that ended up not working. They then did all of the warranty research on the defective part and located a replacement. The technician left and returned shortly with the new part. He spent the rest of the day installing the new compressor and recharging the system. The AC works better than it ever has!!! These people are great!! They do what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it for the price they quote you. We will be Wilson’s customer for life. Jeff
John was able to come to my house almost immediately. After checking my AC for 5 minutes he knew what was wrong. Fortunately he had the part in his truck and changed it right then and turned the AC back on worked good as new.

Very simple, I called and they had a person on site in about 3 hours. Problem was fixed within an hour, but a second call was placed a few hours later as it was not cooling. It was found that my drain had plugged on the discharge and had shut the compressor off after the unit was fixed. The drain was cleared and the second call was a no charge. During the repair it was determined that the evaporator coils in the AC unit were plugged and should be cleaned. I made arrangements to have that done a different day and since we were home on Memorial Day, the repair was done then in early morning. Very satisfied customer. Cost was realistic. Service was excellent. Recommend Wilson's Heating and Air for anyone.
I obtained multiple bids for an air conditioning system and could not believe how everyone wanted your business and how some will even lure you in to a 50% interest rate. I was referred to Wilson's and I have to say that it is probably the most professional a/c service company I had to deal with in many years of repairs and maintenance. Stephen spent almost an hour on the phone with me answering my many questions. Nicole and Stephen helped to facilitate our costs in a way that we could afford to make a full system replacement happen. The installation crew were on time, efficient and knowledgeable. They registered all of our equipment to make sure we get the best protection possible. The entire team went above and beyond our expectations and we are definitely happy to have them onboard for all of our future needs and repairs. I highly recommend them. In today's times, it is hard to find people with integrity and good character.

John arrived right on time after a heads up he was on the way. He identified the problem, gave me a couple options for replacement and had us back up and running in about an hour of arriving with a new digital thermostat installed and tested. Very happy customer. Thanks, Jim S.

Very happy with the ductless unit. Stephen answered all my questions and let me know when they would be out for installation even though I was not there. Thank you again for a great job with the new ductless AC unit!

Our venerable 23 year old 3-ton unit needed a new capacitor and two control boards. We called Wilson's and John was our service rep. We were notified when he would be available, and he was on time, and took care of the issue after ordering the replacement parts needed. Very personable guy and professional. A joy to work with. The dogs liked him too, they are good judges of character. I would call Wilson's again. Not that i want to have the AC go out mind you!
Excellent service and attention to detail. I’ve used Wilson’s Heating & Air for various properties and I’ve always been extremely satisfied. Most recently our AC compressor died on a Friday (in August) and Wilson’s was out within a couple hours to diagnose. In less than two days from diagnosing the issue the HVAC was replaced and at a fair price. Really appreciate their focus on making sure my family was comfortable. You can trust these guys.
Had to get a new system put in, and these guys gave me complete peace of mind throughout. I really appreciate the education they gave me when deciding which unit was best for me. Great job!
