The technician that checked my HVAC system was friendly, professional and very thorough. I appreciate the extra time he took to explain the issues. I will definitely use Blue Ribbon again.
We live in a mobile home and the AC is not working properly and our home stays over 80 degrees. Most company that I called didn't service out type if home but your company does. Kelvin came out and was so polite, professional and patient and very knowledgeable pointing out what the issues were and what needed to be done. I appreciate your kindness and honesty and the willingness to bring portable coolers until our new ac can be put in. This was going above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. This is truly a great company and great employee's and I am so very happy that we found you.

Heat not shutting down continuing to run. Jonathan took the time to troubleshoot and to check all areas that could be causing the problem. He also try to replicate the problem. I was very thankful for his thoroughness in the investigation . Outcome he was able to fix and my family and for fur babies are warm. Thank you, Blue Ribbon and Jonathan. This is the second time I have called y’all and I am still very pleased with the workmanship.
Jonathan came out today for our regular system maintenance. A very thorough inspection and all is good. He was very professional and explained that all is in good order. We had a new system put in by this company 6 months ago, and this scheduled maintenance is part of that installation. All in all we are very pleased with Blue Ribbon Heating and A/C.

Their service tech, Gerardo, has to be one of the BEST I have ever encountered. I made a special notation in my service directory to REQUEST GERARDO!! should I ever need HVAC help.
Blue ribbon installed my AC system and did an amazing job. Dylan made sure everything was working great and is the only technician id have in my home.

Checked the heater and found the problem to be the main breaker needed to have the wiring to be tightened.
It’s not an easy job removing an entire system from the attic and outside and replacing it with another. There was another with Luis (I’m bad with names). They were both friendly, helpful, answered all our questions, and very professional throughout the process.
