Decker Heating & Air Conditioning always does a professional, thorough job when I call them for service. Their staff and technicians are always the best, they get the job done promptly, and do an excellent clean up after. They also follow all the mask and distancing protocols. I always recommend them to friends and family.

This was my first time using this company. They got someone out in 2 hours, they were able to fix the problem. Very professional, caring and kind. They even sent pictures of what the problem was and what they needed to replace. I highly recommend Decker Heating & Air Conditioning.
I moved into a townhouse that had a mold issue and the air duct system that needed a serious cleaning. The technician and his team came out and went above and beyond the call of duty. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and truly cared about the air quality for myself and my young daughter. I can't say enough good things about this company. They left my home clean and smelling awesome. Highly recommended for air duct cleaning !!!!!
We have to hand it to Chris, called him at 8 AM on a Saturday morning, and he was here at 9:30, as promised. We had a sewer issue, water backing up in the showers. He was thorough and solved our issue. No overcharge because it was the weekend. Would recommend him in a heartbeat to my best friend.
Lois came out and was very professional! He diagnosed the problem and educated us on how to prevent future problems with our heating system. He also gave us reasonable options on how to fix our system and kept the cost down and he fixed our heat real quick.Thank you!!
Decker Heating & Air Conditioning of Atascocita has so little faith in their techs, equipment & work they will not stand by it for 3 months. In February of 2022, I had a NEW blower motor and NEW control module installed and while they worked for 3 months, they have now failed and I have the same problem I initially called them for, my HVAC will turn on, but the air does not circulate. When I call Decker Heating & Air, I can only get through to a call center where I sit on hold for extended periods only to be told they will have someone call me back. The call center insists they do not warranty their work and if you do not call in 1 month, you must pay for a new service fee, labor & equipment. I have been told I am “incapable of understanding the situation” and that I should pay for their membership plan so I can get a discount. They will not fix the brand-new equipment, they will not warranty their work, and will not stand by their “100% satisfaction guarantee” that is printed on their receipts & emails.
I called them to come check Freon levels in one of my ACs and check the overall condition of the system. They quoted me a $99 service fee to come out and look to which I agreed to. Later that day when the HVAC tech came out he checked the system and found no major issues but recommended I replace the whole system because it was a little older. When it came time to pay him, he asked me what I thought a fair price was for his 30 min of work. I told him they quoted me $100 over the phone and he said that was low. He said it was going to be $150 even though he literally did nothing but check Freon levels and air temp coming out of my vents. I told him to get the office on the phone so I could talk to the guy I had just spoken to earlier. He called the office guy and told him “his fee” was $150. Guy at the office just said ok and then proceeded to add tax to it and charge my card the $160ish. The tech was obviously a third party and not at all professional. Its day two and I still haven’t gotten the service report either.
Mike and his team arrived on time, assessed the situation, explained all possible options and answered all questions with great detail. We have been Decker Heating & Air Conditioning customers for almost 5 years now and technicians like him are one of the many reasons to work with them . Jordan made several recommendations that were appropriate for our water boiler system. He took the time to make sure all aspects were taken care of and kept me informed throughout the process of completing the work. We highly recommend them and working with him.
Decker Heating & Air Conditioning techs are always prompt and friendly. They take care in being thorough and explaining any issues they encounter. The office is proactive in scheduling maintenance visits and they have updated their systems with text appointment confirmations and paperless invoicing.
Decker Heating & Air Conditioning installed a high efficiency furnace AC system at my home that replaced an outdated undersized unit. I can’t say enough about their knowledge of the system and their professionalism. Don’t call anyone else! They gave me a great deal on this system and they stand behind all of their work! Best furnace AC company hands down.
Brian came out to give me an estimate on an air conditioner and to see if they could get my old air conditioner up and running. Unfortunately my old air conditioner was beyond repair. He said they would do whatever they could to get my new air conditioner installed as soon as possible. This was on a Friday it was installed on Monday! A huge thank you to all of you for working diligently to get my house cool again. Bring on Summer!
The guys were great! They showed up exactly on time. They were thorough and explained what they were doing before they started. Our ducts look and smell so much better. Thank you for a job well done. Highly recommend.
Brian was our service technician. He got here within an hour of calling the after hours line. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and competent. He explained every detail as well as additional information. Will continue using their services.

The tech that came out Charles was excellent! He exhibits a great attitude and work ethic. He noticed I had been sent filters of incorrect width for my system and made the call to get this corrected at no cost to me. I truly appreciate this level of customer service!
I called them to get an appointment and was told by a male that they would arrive in 4 hours. Four hours later, I called back and the lady that answered said that she would have the technician call me with an ETA. I never got a phone call from either one of them and nobody showed up to my location. Terrible customer service.

Jack our service tech is my definition of a quality service tech, polite, knowledgeable, and intent on helping his customers.He took the time to explain what he did to repair my A/C unit and explained what he did in simple terms. Jack and team worked so hard and didn't leave until the job was done. Made sure everything was working great. They were in our house all day and took care to lay out protected walkways and then cleaned everything up after finishing. I highly recommend Decker Heating & Air Conditioning company
