My experience with Crew Heating & Cooling has been very positive. Ezekiel is a true professional and took the time to answer any questions I had. Although I had some qualms about the pricing, the company's responsiveness and willingness to discuss its position have given me a better perspective. Finding and doing business with an organization that prioritizes good customer service seems rare nowadays, and it was certainly refreshing. I look forward to doing business with Crew in the future.

I was able to schedule online, and they reached out to ask if we wanted an earlier appointment that came available. Our technician was courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to service both of our AC units quickly, and the air was already blowing colder before he left our home.

James was super detailed and honest about our AC needs. We moved into this home 2 years ago. Over the years we found the previous home owners cut corners around the house. Crew AC came recommended from a friend and they did not disappoint! He only serviced what was truly needed and recommended we keep an eye on the other issues until the fall and reassess. I truly appreciate that he did not do things that were not necessary at the moment and gave us an honest game plan. 5/5 stars!

Thank you to the Crew team for coming in clutch for this past weekend. One of the hottest weekends and they came in clutch to fix my AC problem.
This company is very responsive and was helpful in answering all our questions. The tech moved everything and put it all back. The best part was there was no upwelling of products or services. We will definitely be recommending them and using them again. We had the dryer duct cleaning and sumner maintenance on our ac. I had another company through our home builder tell me my dryer vents were clogged and needed to be cleaned and we had been in the house less than a year. I called Crew out a year later when my dryer gave me a message about a serious clog. I cleaned the lint trap first by soaking in dawn and hot water and ask Crew to come check everything out. After going through the vent from front to back, I was told there was nothing to worry about and ac looked good. Looks like the first guy was lying, so I appreciated their honesty even more. Give them a call. You won’t be disappointed.

I have now experienced excellent service from Crew on two separate occasions. Each time James has been very thorough in finding not only the issue at hand, but also making sure other parts of the system are functioning appropriately. I am also thankful for James answering the questions and concerns I have had each time.
Our experience with Crew was great. We called them out to do maintenance on our system and to see why it wasn't cooling as well as it should have been. Our technician Zeke, was very prompt and professional, as well as incredibly helpful to any questions that we had. He noticed our refrigerant levels were low but couldn't pinpoint the exact location of the leak.He actually came back the next day free of charge with an ultrasonic listening device to try and locate where we were losing refrigerant, and was able to locate it on our evaporator coils. Within a few days our coils were replaced and our system was working much better than before. We're grateful for Crew's professionalism and wonderful service.
James did an outstanding job repairing our HVAC and thermostat. Originally had a 2 wire and tried to install a new smart AC. He got in, diagnosed everything and completed in promptly. Answered all questions and provided recommendations. Highly recommend
The entire process was seamless, from getting a quote and scheduling a visit to the actual repair, all of it was painless and excellent. The customer service that James B. provided was incredible. He went above and beyond what I expected and provided transparency throughout the process. He was cordial and professional and went out of his way to accommodate my questions and address any concern I had. He followed up every time he said he would. This type of transparency is what you want when making such a big expense. It was a true pleasure dealing with James and the Crew Heating & Cooling folks. Cannot recommend them highly enough. A+
We were having issues with an AC unit cooling and were told elsewhere that we would have to replace it as the most cost effective option. Called Crew and the staff was very friendly and appointment easily scheduled. The person dispatched was very helpful and recommended a single repair at a third of the cost of the 1st company. Quickly repaired and I am more than happy I reached out to Crew, saving me thousands!
Crew Heating & Cooling is the best HVAC company that we have ever used. They were recommended by our neighbors and we are so glad! They are professional, efficient, timely and their prices don’t give you sticker shock. Highly recommend!
