Doing business with them for years and always trying to help, making sure that if they don't have the parts , they will get them on time.
Just left this place and a guy named chuck treated me like i was an idiot and refused to help me he said " you should know exactly what u need when u come" and refused to keep helping me . He said "go buy parts for that heater where they make it" really , I don't know why he treated me this way, maybe because they where about to close or because im Hispanic but i been going to united refrigeration for years and feel like CHUCK is representing them wrong. Someone let they guy go home early and place someone who is ready to do the job right like my clients ask of me.
These guys are my best resource when it comes to supply houses. All of the staff is knowledgeable and willing to help out. If I need a special part they are always able to find something for me
