Sun Heat And Air Conditioning Arlington team installed our aircon 3 weeks ago and it's working beautifully. On install they accidentally cracked our ceiling and Steve and his team jumped on this quickly and ensured it got fixed. They sent out a professional repairer to complete the job. We are very happy with the end result.
On a Sunday morning, the AC needed repair. I reached out to a few other HVAC providers, but no one was able to arrive the same day. Jack and Fred have been very responsive. We have been pleased with their work. I feel they are honest and did not try to sell us on unnecessary work when the air conditioner stopped cooling last summer. a 16 year old furnace went out over the weekend. Had an emergency call. Unfortunately I needed a new one. Gave me a proposal for 4 different units. Had us up and going the next day.

Great service. I called after hours freaking out because my a/c unit stopped working and my house was like an oven! They came out and fixed it within half an hour at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Sun Heat And Air Conditioning Arlington and will hire again.
Our AC had failed to work. I choose this company after reading the many satisfied reviews on google. I knew this would be our new air conditioning company. They arrived on time and repaired the issue to our ac unit quickly. It took less than 1 hour. We had cool air within minutes and on a 100 degree day that is beyond important. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Sun Heat And Air Conditioning Arlington!
Arlington came to check or repair our AC when it froze over. He was patient and detailed and took the time to answer all of my questions, even explaining what he was doing while he was doing it. He detailed our options and did not pressure us into anything. He made recommendations for future maintenance and suggested a follow-up visit if we noticed any of the issues returned. Arlington was wonderful and I would call him specifically if we need detailed service in the future!
