‘Twas the first day of summer, the AC was blowin’ clean. Not a care in the world, poppin’ a couple of coldies beside my queen. When up from the wall there arose such a clatter. I sprang from my La-Z-Boy to the thermostat to see what was the matter. The sweat on my brow wasn’t much of a surprizin. Had to do a double take, wide eyed, as the digits were arisin’. Away to open up windows, I flew like a flash. Tellin’ my boo to cancel with friends for the early summer’s bash. A warning I cried out “it’s gonna be a day for bad hair.” When suddenly, I remembered my boys at Tropic Air. The TA boys arrived at the crib faster than 911. Fixin’ the issue before the falling of the sun. These cats aren’t afraid to go the extra mile. Look no further, keep my boys at TA on speed dial. Soon after these cats left, the windows were closed up tight. The digits began dropping for a cool summer's night. So you’re thinking to yourself “The divorce would be cheaper.” Tropic air and heat, son! Because it’s always “cheaper to keep her.”

Mike came out, on time, and worked on our old a/c unit. I figured we’d need a new one but he got it running and cooling very quickly. Don’t know how long she’ll run but we were blessed by his work. He went above and beyond, literally. When she shuts down, we’ll definitely call Tropic Air. Thank you, Mike, for all you did. Be blessed.

Had an A/C emergency on a 102 deg. Sunday. Called Tropic Air, and Josh returned my call promptly and was able to come out quickly. Fortunately, the issue was just a bad capacitor. Josh was professional, knowledgeable and fast. The cost was extremely reasonable for a Sunday call. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

My house has AC water leaking from ceiling, I find out their service guy just tape it, so few month later it leak agian

Travis Chrystie with RJ Construction recommended this family owned local business for my minor emergency AC repair. Jeff was very helpful and understanding about my need for same-day service since I was heading out of town in two days. My drip pan was leaking and eventually had water coming down from the ceiling and onto my smoke alarm monitor causing it to go off. I needed the leak dealt with to prevent further damage. Jeff promised an early AM appt for the next day but would check with his crew if they could at least come out today to inspect the issue to determine how to repair it. Jeff called me a few hours later to say he could have his crew make the repairs this afternoon. They were in and out in less than a hour and were very courteous and helpful answering my questions. I found the price to be very reasonable and will now consider them for my annual service checks and future repairs.
We feel our home was blessed today by Bob Cameron. Bob and his happy crew; Mike, Aaron, Josh, Jeff and one other arrived at 8 A.M.. By 4:30 they had removed the 5 ton,17 year old heat pump, cleaned up the mess made by the previous ac vendor, and completed a beautiful installation. It was a pleasure observing a joyous skilled crew at work. We could not be happier at the results. Thank you all. Doug and Barbara

Tropic Air is the best! I called in the morning when I noticed my Ecobee thermostat wasn’t working. Jeff was able to get two technicians out to my house early that afternoon and was even able to work around my baby’s demanding schedule. When the two gentlemen arrived, they were very respectful and professional. They worked diligently and quietly (so important because I had a sleeping baby!) After 30mins or so, they had my thermostat working! Thank you guys! Highly recommend!
Tropic Air & Heat has great customer service from the office staff to the technicians, great rates, and timely service appointments. I have used them for general maintenance prior to my new HVAC unit. They used a Goodman which is out of HOU. They stand beside their products. They have a lifetime warranty on the unit and 10yr warranty on the compressor and parts. Best warranty in the industry. Hands down, they will always have me as a loyal customer.

I have done business with Tropic Heat & Air for over 25 years and they have always been fair in their pricing, expedient in their service and efficient in their repairs. In this day and age it is not easy to find that you have a friend in business but I definitely feel they are friends rather than just another business.
