Will never do business with trane after leaving my 93 and 88 Aunt and Uncle without air conditioning. They wouldn't come out to help them because of the holiday and they wouldn't tell me where else I could go to get the part I needed because it wasn't trane. THREE DAYS! So far you've lost 4 customers and growing.
Helped me out in a pinch with pickup. Appreciate it!
The Lady that works the counter in here is literally the worst I actively avoid this supply house
Everyone has to face long wait times Trane is no exception. Most people complaining are people who aren't contractors and Trane only sells to contractors. They made a poor choice in not hiring a contractor or a poor choice of an unlicensed pro! Now they want the manufacturer to jump hoops for their poor choice. If you chose a less then reputable contractor or unlicensed handymen who you cant find anymore it's not on Trane to violate there terms to deal with contractors only. It's the contractors job to repair your units it's Trane who supplies the parts but they won't do it for the home owner just like Toyota won't sell you a part from the assembly line you have to take it a pro or buy through middleman

They dont know anything, aks quotes for 5 ton heatpump system . They give me phone to call , ask for trane 360 . Then give me phone to calls. I dont know what can they do in trane store. Then call them no one answer.
Never answer the phone. VERY BAD SERVICE!!! Use Someone else!!!
Good place but cannot call on the phone! Must email or you are SOL! I get excellent response emailing & just go in after!
Horrible serive for replacement of defective unit. No one wants to honored the warranty under 1 half years old. No one is helpful and when call in to store No one answers the phone. Still have a defective Trane unit build in 11/2019 but no one wants to help get a replacement.

Use this location many, many times. I have never had a bad experience with getting help with everything I need. Everyone on staff (counter/office/warehouse) that I have worked with has always gone above and beyond to get me what I need.
Equipment side is good..parts tho? Let's just say they REALLY need improvement and customer relationship training
Our recent experiences with each metroplex Trane distributor have been horrendous. Long hold times, inconsistent and inaccurate online ordering, and a lack of accountability from both staff and management. While we will continue to service all of our customers having Trane equipment with the priority service they deserve, we will do our best to dissuade any customers wanting to install new Trane equipment. We remain committed to providing our customers with prompt service, Trane does not.

Worst customer service
man, you all need to stay away from javier rojo at this store. he asked me for a kick back the other day to get a warranty done for my customer. I aint gona pay any one to get a warranty done for my customer. javier you need to check your self. i aint gonna deal with this dude ever again. even if i have to go to the trane parts center in fort worth. this guy is a cheat and a bad person.
