Marcus is professional, knowledgeable and fair. He responds immediately and is always available when emergencies arise. His prices are fair and he is very skillful. We use him on multiple rental properties and our tenants really appreciate his dedication.

Marcus Walker with Remarkable Air was hired to put a mini split unit in my small business, only 280 sq feet building. He told me he is licensed and had over 10 years of experience doing commercial hvac jobs. Marcus took weeks to install the unit, rarely showed up and the times he agreed to. He kept having to leave to get things, once he finally got it installed he wanted to be paid the rest of the money immediately, but I told him after inspection he would get the remaining $1000. Marcus called me the b word over the phone, threatened to take the permit off the job, and hung up in my face. He was very mean to me. I paid Marcus the remaining money, and literally after the unit was running for a longer period of time (about 45 mins), puddles of water formed on my freezer underneath where he mounted the unit. The ac unit was leaking all over. I tried to called Marcus to fix, but he blocked my number. I sent several emails and he never responded. Now, I have to pay someone to fix it when I’ve already paid Remarkable Air $2400. Nothing remarkable about that.
The workmanship was fine, but they did not pay their supplier and we ended up with lien notices and eventually had to pay the supplier, even though we had paid Remarkable Air in full. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
THIS COMPANY WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. I COULDN'T BE MORE HAPPY WITH REMARKABLE AIR!!!!!
