These guys came out when they said they would. I knew I was low on Freon, but the fan had also died. They made short work of fixing that and then added the Freon. It is running great and cold. They were very professional and polite. I would highly recommend these guys over all the people who come in and just want to sell you and overpriced AC system because they know you are hot!
I requested services early one morning and the response time was within the hour. They were professional and welcomed me to watch them work. They told me exactly what was wrong and gave me their plan to resolve my air conditioning problem. I was very pleased with the work and their honesty. I would highly recommend this business. Quick to respond excellent service. Goes over and above to fix the problem and find a system that meets my needs. Had a new system installed by the next day in 105 degree weather. Will use again.

I used Mr.Poke to install an AC unit for me. He quoted me about $4,000 less than a competitor and he also drove from out of town to help me immediately. Mr.Poke and his staff are top notch. Would not use another company as long as they are around.
Omg I’m so thankful I found this company. They saved me over $1200. I had another company quote me some crazy numbers and the warranty they gave me was only for 1. My warranty for this part is 10 years and so happy to get prompt honest company to fix my AC. They are my new company I will refer to anyone and everyone I come across. Thank you so much!

Pebb Services came one day after I was quoted the need for an entire new system during a routine servicing. Pebb saved me thousands$$, time, and anguish! My business had 3 downed a/c units due to vandalism and age so after calling several contractors I had PEBB out and quickly knew this is someone who meant business and cared about our trouble. They seemed very straightforward, hardworking and honest. They were on our roof 3 or 4 times without any extra charge to accurately diagnose our issue and stuck with us when we shifted project scope. Once our estimate was completed they came out early the next week and finished within a few hours. Now our system is working well for being 20+ year old, it just needs a little maintenance, which I plan on calling them back out to help with. I wish we had found them sooner. Definitely my go to for any commercial HVAC. Very cost efficient and reputable, they even work on schools and large businesses. Update: Performed a rooftop installation last month regarding an evaporator coil leak, which took longer than expected due to pre-existing wiring problems. Provided a free thermostat after determining it was the root of the issue as the fan could not come on. Virtually next-day repair and was graceful through our delays. Prices have been comparable for quality and effort I have rarely seen. I hope to work with PEBB again in the near future.
This is my 2nd time using PEBB for my Bakery HVAC system - unrelated issues. It’s good to have a reliable service technician with longevity in the business.
My tenant informed me that the house was cold. It was a very cold day and she needed heat for her children. I was referred to this company on an emergency basis. The technician had to leave town later but took time out to service my unit before leaving. The conclusion was that the thermostat needed to be replaced. He did so at a reasonable price. And, my tenant was impressed with his personality, professionalism and knowledge. I will be using him for my future needs.

Elbert and PEBB Services saved us again! Thanks Elbert for coming out same day to service our HVAC, this time the heater. Luckily it only needed a little cleaning to get it operational. Elbert took care of this and didn't upcharge. He treats us like family and I appreciate his honesty, customer service and knowledge. I highly recommend PEBB to service your HVAC needs! Elbert is a wealth of knowledge! I appreciate his honesty and highly recommend him and his sons. He went above and beyond, was fair and honest. Luckily we only needed the unit cleaned and Freon added. He did several other checks and had suggestions for us to keep our house cool and units running. We appreciate him coming out so quickly in the 100 degree temps. He replaced a unit for my parents last year and they highly recommended him too! Thanks PEBB!
