I’m impressed with the service. To ensured they were fixing the correct issue on my ac unit, they had a second service rep come out to check. This is an issue I had serviced previously with another company, so I appreciated they made sure they properly fixed it this time. They were on time, personable and professional. My ac has never worked better. 10/10 would recommend and hire again.
10/10 service. Will definitely use them in the future. Not only did they come out the same day. They worked with my schedule and educated me along the process of the changes that were being made. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! The tech that came out was great! I believe Koby? He is very professional and really knew what he was doing. Great service !!

Was having trouble selecting what I like about the company as they all apply. I called to schedule and appointment and a service Tech came out just hours later. He was very curtious, and had my AC system diagnosed faster than I expected. Explained technical things in steps that made it all easy to understand. Gave options with pros and cons to each. If you are researching for the best AC/HVAC same day air conditioning repair in DFW/Dallas area, THIS is your place!! I cannot thank the team enough for their service. Everyone we worked with was phenomenal. We called Shawna and she had someone out as soon as possible and gave us same day service. Kody, the maintenance technician was INCREDIBLE! They went above and beyond and were proactive in making sure the specialty parts we needed were found ASAP. Kody drove over 2-hour round trip to find a motor we needed so we wouldn’t have to order the part. I highly recommend requesting him for your AC services. Shawna and Kody were both professional, had great communication with us, checked in throughout the process and ensured they would give us the most competitive pricing. I really enjoyed working with Kody and Shawna and they made what could typically be a stressful process an enjoyable one. Huge thank you to these two, they are a valuable part of the team.
