Amir did an amazing job installing a new system in our home! he is very friendly and honest. He diagnosed all of our A/C issues right away and explained them to me clearly. He was on time and his team is very hardworking and friendly. His pricing is affordable... I'll never call anyone else after experiencing his quality work.

Amir was great during the visit. Great knowledge. They worried about the little details. He introduce himself, kept house clean, review the HVAC inside and outside the house. Gave me a few tips. Overall it was a good experience. Will use this company again.

Very quick turnaround, a couple of hours tops from calling to having someone out, on a Sunday none the less. Amir walked me through all the checks of the issue to keep me informed and provided extra tips for better maintenance. Price was good and there's a guarantee for the work done. Will definitely use them again if I need the AC checked.

Amir and NewRise came recommended to us through a friend when our AC/Heat was having issues. We used them to have new units installed 6mos ago. I should have written them a great review then but I got lazy. Then I had an issue today with the AC suddenly going off and called Amir. He literally came by within 30mins and diagnosed the issue (the condensation drain got backed up - which the original pipes weren't installed in the best place in our house so nothing to do with their work). He was able to flush it no problem and walk me through all of the details. I can't say enough good things about Amir and this company. They saved us twice now in this Texas heat. Super responsive and professional. And since we were recommended them by someone else this review should count twice. 10 Stars.
