Tommy brought me the power cord for my leak breaker and was helpful in getting the cord routed to be able to plug in.

It has been over a week, and I'm still waiting for a follow-up regarding the necessary repairs. The fact that the repairs haven't been done yet adds to my frustration. I expected better communication and timeliness from a professional service provider. This lack of responsiveness and delayed service has left me dissatisfied with Max Air and Plumbing." ARTHUR AND MARK WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE. ANY QUESTIONS I HAD WERE QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY ANSWERED COMPLETELY. NO TIME WASTED GETTING THE A/C COIL REPLACED FULLY. THEY ALSO CORRECTED THE MAIN DRAIN LINE SO IT DRAINS CORRECTLY NOW. ABOVE AND BEYOND, VERY IMPRESSED AND APPRECIATED. THANKS ARTHUR AND MARK.....FROM THE DIBLER FAMILY.
I had a full A/C system installed and on the installation, two installers had issues. I feel they wasted time on the issues and the system quit, before morning. When I called the next morning, they scheduled what they said was their best tech. When Jonathan Gallippo arrived, he got right to work to fix problems and explained what he was doing. I have very high respect for him and his work. Job well done.
Tommy did a superb job of installing hot water heater and repairing toilet problem. Very professional, answered any questions we had. He is very good . We will call him again.

January 2023. These guys are absolutely awesome. I HAD deteriorating plumbing that forced gutting the master bath and also repair an additional 16 feet of line down to the main 😟 which I was tip-toeing around and dreading for the past few years. Josh & his team came in and did an AMAZING job. They relieved all my anxiety about tearing up that bath with their patience, skill, absolute CLEANLINESS in how they work (!!can't be emphasized enough when talking plumbers!!), super courteous/friendly service, and TOTAL professionalism. All-around good guys and skilled tradesmen. Absolutely thorough and efficient technicians that not only care about the quality of their work but their customer relationship. They are the only ones I trust to do the right job, the right way. I have used them for the past 4 years and with this final big job, I wouldn't dare use anyone else. They made the whole process painless and as carefree as possible. I'm so looking forward to putting it all back together now and having a brand new updated master bath that will no longer have plumbing issues. After all this, they feel like part of the family. 😊 So happy with the results. June 2023. The toilet in my second bathroom was loose and rocked when you sit on it so once again I called the only plumber I trust. Tommy came and has done a great job in fixing me up both today and every time he’s been here in the past. Such a relief to have contractors you can trust to do a great job and leave their work spotless. Arturo and Mark also installed my new HVAC system this month. They are a dream team that did a fantastic job. So professional, efficient, and courteous. Couldn't be happier with such a better heat/cool system.
