The representative came out shortly arrived. She determined why I was there, checked and went to get my item. She was very helpful, respectful and friendly.
A lady named Maria took care of me. She greeted me when I walked in and told me she would be right with me after taking care of a customer. Maria was helpful,, knowledgeable, and professional. I can’t remember the last time I had service like this. I was very impressed. Congratulations to Maria and Grainger.
Found the people helpful and very nice. Granger tends to b a little overpriced and rigid in what they can do.
Always coming here for work supplies and Andy and Marie are the best ones to help. Happy median between knowing the products while knowing how to actually find them. Plus they’re super friendly! This is my favorite grainger branch to go to! Add Kaci to that list. Location has a great team!
