Never used this AC service before as our old provider has closed. I would definitely recommend William and his company. He is a great communicator telling you when he will arrive..he is clear about what work he is performing and the costs up front. He fixed us up quickly and his prices were fair. I plan to use his service again. He is very knowledgeable about AC systems and components. From my first experience he is someone I feel is honest and trustworthy. Great to deal with a small local business.
Kind, professional, on-time, and job thoroughly completed. The technician even reduced the price I already agreed to because the labor required was less than his original estimate. This display of integrity and the quality of service is impressive. Definitely recommend!
I called this company because their sticker was on my A/C, I ended up leaving my name and number as a message only to get a very rude call back. On the call back they told me they had no idea who I was or why I was calling... which I explained in the message. When I told him it was my wife who purchased the unit I was having issues with, which is why I wasn't sure it was them who installed it he said "She's not in our system either" I hadn't even given him her name. When I gave him her name he asked why I didn't included her name in my message, well my guy it's because you were returning my call. After "looking her up in the system" he said she wasn't there then asked why I would call them, I guess it was hard for them to understand that their sticker was on my unit? It just seems this company didn't want the job at all. They were very rude and very unprofessional. Also be aware of all their 5 star reviews from people with this being their only review. Update: This company has said that I was looking for something for free which was not the case I was calling because my wife who purchased the system before we were married said she liked working with the last people that came out, seeing you sticker on the unit and where it connects to the house I thought it might have been this company. You can pretend that our conversation went some other way but when you look the other low reviews they say the same, YOUR ATTITUDE SUCKS. You can hide behind your 5 star reviews from people who have only rated your business (suspicious) but truth is you were rude. Also you did quote me without coming out $3,800, about $1400 more than what I ended up paying with someone else.
William came out and did a difficult install with great workmanship and is just like the name an expert. Really pleased with his work, would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. Thanks so much William, great job!!
William was on time and professional and ordered the OEM part like I requested and installed it at a reasonable price. I will definitely use him again.
My compressor unit failed spectacularly, so I requested repair quotes online from a dozen local A/C repair businesses. Climate Experts was the only company willing to generate a quote based on my description and a few photos, which saved both time and money. Within a week, the repair was complete in just one visit lasting a few hours. There were no surprises, and everything is once again working beautifully. I highly recommend Climate Experts. The price was great and the service was both exceptional and professional.
My company was looking for a repair service to give us a quote to repair our unit. After explaining to who I assume was the owner our issue, he tells me its not something he is interested in fixing. Good to know. And so should everyone else.
For over a decade, I have reached out to Bill and Climate Experts A/C and Heating to help keep my elderly mother's heating and A/C in good working order in her duplex. I trust them to be fair and provide the services needed without the risk of being sold something that we just did not need at the time. After my mother passed away, I did not hesitate to contact Bill to come out and service the system and allow him entrance to the property even though I was not there. He immediately came out and provided the needed service. In fact, I think he left the house cleaner than how he found it. Thank you Bill and Climate Experts A/C and Heating for always being a provider we can trust. I can't imagine using anyone else.
Just wanted to give William a shout out. He did a great job installing my new A/C new system a few years ago. it works like a charm. I definitely feel like we are saving money with the new A/C. he also has helped me maintain the system and if there is any issues, he is PROMPT in getting to me and taking care of the issue! I really appreciate that!
I personally have used this company for years. I also have recommended them to my neighbors. First, he is up front. None of the A/C company BS when it comes to quoting. Second, he is always fair. His prices are on the lower spectrum of many others. FINALLY, he knows his A/C's. We gave a end result and he fulfilled it. No BS.....pure hard work on his account. Bill is upfront, knowledgeable and selfless. If he can help prior to him showing up he will. I HAVE AND TOTALLY WILL USE HIM AGAIN.

William went above and beyond what I have experienced from other HVAC companies. He came out next day, took the time to diagnose the problem, and offered plenty of guidance in the process. He saved me thousands by taking the added time to deal with a warranty replacement that other companies had tried to talk me out of doing. What should have been a short service call turned into an all day affair on a holiday weekend as William replaced my unit. He can be direct, which some may not appreciate, but I found it refreshing.

William and Climate Experts AC and Heating were amazing! My AC stopped working overnight and William was able to fit me into his busy schedule the same day I called when others were scheduling three days out. He had sympathy towards my situation with my warranty company that wasn't willing to cover the AC unit. William was very thorough and knew what he was talking about. His pricing was fair and didn't gouge me for unnecessary add on's. I highly recommend this company.
Quick response! Figured out the root of my problem quickly and efficiently. Gave me a reasonable price to replace a coil and was able to install it quickly! Enjoying the AC!
Called after receiving a sky high estimate on a replacement board for my ac/heat blower motor. After a few questions, William said he could come and fix/replace the board at 1/2 the price quoted by the other company. He wouldn't leave until he verified everything was working. He's my new ac go to guy, you don't have to pay more for less!
I will not use my hard earned money to pay a company who can not be polite to people who call for service.
4:45pm on 5/27/2016 and Westbound Green Oaks in South Arlington the truck for this company was driving so fast and the driver was texting. His truck was completely full of AC equipment which was not tied down. It was extremely dangerous. He came up next to me, revving his engine while still on his phone, until he could get around the car ahead of us.
Quick response gave me reasonable price to replace outside unit. I would recommend him
