My A/C went out right as it was getting hot. I reached out to Derrick and he was able to come out the next day. He immediately diagnosed the problem and went over all of my options. I ended replacing my unit. I was able to get a much more energy efficient unit and better brand than my old one. The price was fair. Good parts and labor warranty. The work was completed quickly. Derrick and his entire staff were nice and professional.
Derrick was transparent, easy to work with and had the best pricing I could find. A few text, phone calls and I had a new AC unit installed within a week. His team was very professional and quick working, they cleaned up and put everything back together. After talking with Derrick I became aware they do many other home repair and improvements and will certainly use him for most of my other service needs.

Derreck came highly recommended and everything people said was true! He is honest, trustworthy and did a quick and great job. He came out to assess my broken AC and came back the next day and fixed it. I was told by another company that I could not fix it and had to replace the whole system. I highly recommend them especially if you are a single woman looking for someone you can trust!
Derek is awesome. He came out and noticed that we have some issues with our upstairs air conditioning. He gave us several options at different price points and gave us the pros and cons of each. He’s very honest and we will use him again!

very friendly! was able to squeeze us in early instead of putting us at the back of the line as our ac was not working at all and our house was at 94°F inside! he got what we needed and fixed it asap, id definitely be calling back if anything else goes wrong
Had an amazing experience here. This company did so many things right I’m really lost for words. Highly recommend! Our A/C went out Friday at midnight and we were panicking as we have a 5 month old. Saturday morning I called Derrick (hope I spelled that right sir) and not only did he respond timely, he was able to get my A/C running until we could install the new unit. Most companies quoted us 5-6 days but Derrick was able to get his guys out the next day for a complete install. No delays in their timeliness as both days he showed up when he said they would. Lastly, when we had a hiccup a month ago, we had two companies come to put a bandaid on our system and quote us for a new system. Both were in the range of $15-$20K. When I shared my fear of paying all of this upfront with Derrick, he laughed and said no way he’s charging that much. Not that much? It wasn’t even half of that! Can’t stress enough, good honest person here and I will be passing his information along to all friends/family. Thank you again, Derrick!
So I had a technician with another company come out and fix a leak twice and clean the system. I was still having trouble so I gave Bohannon a call and the same day Derrick came out and looked at the system gave me options to fix or replace and the pros and cons of the choices. I ended up replacing my R22 for a 410A system, but instead of letting us sit in the heat until the install he made sure we had A/C in the middle of July with days all in the 100s. His guys showed up on the dot for the install or they may have been camping out in the front yard. They had a new system and lines installed within 4 hours and the system back up and running.
Got us in fast and had us feeling "cooler" in a matter of minutes!! Highly recommended.
I reached out to Derrick Friday night at around 10pm which he responded right away. He was able to come out the following day and diagnose and fix the problem quickly. Our ac unit had gone out Friday night when we noticed our temperature in the house was not cooling. Very reliable and knowledgeable. Would hire again!
Overwhelming.... I wasn't possibly prepared for the aftermath of this service repair with this company. It has been a huge inconvenience and I'm possibly inhaling mold due to the flood of water came along. If you want a company that take no responsibility for their fault then this company may be for you.. My first time experiencing this event after a " simple repair " ever. 40 years of service and never saw this kind of negligence. I wouldn't wish it on no one. I was left with a huge mess. No apology or followups.... A simple repair turned into a costly nightmare. Please Beware.... You think? Remove my honest experience? Why? A disgrace
He was quick and did a great job. Price was the same as others in the area quoted. He even replaced the concrete that the condenser sits on. My house has never been as cool and efficient as it is now.

I started a service to get a new AC unit to get prepared for summer this company was able to work with a winter storm that hit us and was able to quickly come out and get everything done around the whole chaos that happened after and during the winter storm. Thank you for everything you guys were awesome!
